  1. I have been using suffix performance braid for over a year now. It's my favorite braid at that price point. I picked up some some 20lb 832 braid for my casting combo to use with plastics & small hard baits. The new 832 does a very slow sink. It is very smooth casting & more quiet than regular suffix. It does not bleed color off like most braids & doesn't throw water off either. Much dryer coming back on the reel. I'll probably buy more based on my experience from a couple of outings.

  5. Hang in there. Hope 2011 is better. Sounds like it couldn't get worse.
  6. Went out today for a couple of hours with a newly found fishing buddy. This is my first fish of the day from one of his honey holes. All together I caught about 15 bass in 2.5 hours. Post cold front fishing at its best at least for me.

  8. Because they can charge that much for a quality product which flat out catches fish. I have caught two of my pbs on suspending pointers. They are worth the money as Raul & Triton 21 have indicated.

  13. Nice pictures Jacob. The fact you didn't sell off your tackle leaves the door open to resume fishing when your done with school. You can loose your tackle but you never loose your love for fishing.

  19. Very healthy fish. Nice to lip a pig before the end of the year.
  20. Arbogast hula popper back in the early 60's. Dick Kotis ran arbogast lures after Freds death. Kool thing was Dicks wife was my 5th grade teacher.
