  1. That looks to be some sort of primer system. Give me your engine model code and ill take a look online and let you know for sure. If its that, what that does is give you the ability to rope start it when the starter fails. In the wrong orientation of that red lever it should give you issues starting though. I immediately thought fuel pump, being that you replaced it im guessing that is not it. When you say cleaned the carbs, did you fully take them apart including the passage plugs, soak them and rebuild them? If not with that engine being 13 years old id buy the carb kits to do all of them. Id then tear them down being sure to remove all core plugs and soak the entire bank in a 70% pinesol 30% water mixture for 24 hours. When thats done id rinse them with water, blow it dry with compressed air(you can use a can if you dont have a compressor) and then blow them out again with carb cleaner. After that rebuild them. This cant hurt your chance of narrowing this down. Make sure you get the floats set correctly, take pics at EVERY step. The other thing is this could be a bad coil also. If the powerpack fails you likely will not have power on any cyl. Older mercs are known to eat powerpacks, lucky for you I dont think this one is under the flywheel. I could be wrong but I doubt it. I had to edit this as I realized this is not a merc but a yammy. Get a spark tester for each cyl, and put one on every cyl then fire it. See if they all fire. If they dont all fire take a coil from one that fires, move it to the one that doesnt fire, hook it all back up and see if the loss of spark follows the coil. If it does you know you have a bad coil, if it doesnt you likely need a power pack.
  2. never just chuck and wind a crank
  3. Im shooting magnus stingers at the moment (lifetime warrenty) but ive shot grimm reapers, slick tricks, abc sonics and have been pleased with them all. The only head I hated was a rage.

  8. Pretty impressive bag anywhere in the world
  9. if you go that route add sand, it will be slick if not
  10. Ideally you wouldnt circulate water at all, the temp would remain consistent and you would inject oxygen, bps doesnt eject their tank every hour.
  11. I have four but the topwater bite on my local lake almost doesnt exist.
  12. if bassresource supports tapatalk which I dont know cause I dont currently own a smart phone(used too) thats what you would wanna use.
  13. Heres another tip with gatorade bottles. Take your empties and fill them out of a local stream you know holds fish. Take them home and add the dosage of U2 or Please Release Me to the bottle for the size of your livewell. Now freeze it and when you wanna use it let the cap off. As the ice melts it will introduce the chemicals as well. If you feel you dont need the chemicals that day let the cap on and just freeze it again. Another thing you can do is buy closed cell foam and coat the underside of your lids. Some pros do this to every compartment in the boat. If your livewell doesnt have a circulate switch they can be had aftermarket for $40.
  14. GOOD LORD, my shoulder would be in chunks, its already been rebuilt once. I shoot 58lbs and with the right arrow still get 290fps.
  15. If you want, and you find a bow send me a link and ill tell you if that price is a deal or not. I am going to suggest with this being your first bow that you stay away from dual cam systems as they can be a tuning nightmare. However, if you want something super fast you likely wont have a choice on this and have to have dual or hybrid cams. A single or "solo" cam system is forgiving in more ways than one.
  16. about $60 to ship a bow
  17. dude you need to head to the archerytalk.com classifieds. People practically give bows away on there, prices the bay will never see. Bought both my current bows there in 2009 = bought my elite gt500 ninja(one of the best bows of all time) = $400 shipped to my house ($800 bow new) in 2010 = added another bow, Martin Firecat TR2 = BRAND NEW from a shop closing $325 shipped to my house($600 bow new) http://www.archerytalk.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=100

  20. Last year in a lunker with a $300 pot I lost a 7-8lb fish right at the boat by trying to net it rather than lip it. She jumped strait up and spit the jig. I almost went iconelli
  21. Sometimes I swear at it. Not all lakes are created equal when it comes to night. I remember as a kid fishing the river before it was polluted and on a black jitterbug mid summer it was nothing to catch 100 smallmouth in a night, it was almost every cast. Couple weeks ago we had a night tournament on an overfished lake. Started at midnight and I never had a bite till 4am. Other guys in the club hammered them but theyve been competitive bass fishing for 20+ years and know a few honey holes most dont. On the right body of water its hard to beat.
  22. Ill have some updated pics here in the very near future. Ive spent the last two weeks wet sanding, grinding. New wheels this spring and im spraying the trailer with new gloss black this sunday.
