GO SEE A NEUROLOGIST Headaches can be very simple or very complicated but if you pay close attention to the symptoms, schedules, triggers, etc, they are often figured out. Sometimes it is as simple as diet, sometimes it's much more serious. Neurologists are an easy visit, it's mostly discussion with the usual basic tests (follow my finger, reflex's etc)

When I am in a migraine cluster, I can be subject to some nasty ones. It's the medication. I'm talking, mean, nasty nightmares like one I remembered, my buddy and my g/f, (turns out they were cheating on me) had taken my mom hostage and shot her in front of me. They were laughing as I protested all the things going on in the dream. The more I protested, the more they laughed,....wrote that one down when I woke up. I keep a migraine diary, recording all the times/triggers/pain levels, etc. I noted this dream down on it that morning. I HATE NIGHTMARES

Very well said Dominick. Like Mike said,...one person at a time. We do what we can but it's not totally selfless, not for me anyway. Since getting involved with CAST, my heart has swollen and my eyes have filled with tears. I feel alive again and my involvement, although aimed at helping the kids, has greatly improved my "quality of life". Merry Christmas to all and a special "Thanks" to all who got involved with CAST this yr. My RI crew especially, we'd be lost without you. MERRY CHRISTMAS (Now STOP ordering stuff!!!lol)

Well, we have seen some considerable growth here this year. We see this every year but this yr seems to have given us quite a few very active newer members. With 2007 coming to a close, I just wanted to take a second to say "Thanks" to all the new folks for choosing BR. As the family grows, our connections and contacts Grow. We learn more and we make lots of new friends. So a general "Welcome Aboard" is in order. I look forward to meeting all the new family members that 2008 brings us but also look forward to seeing many of you 2007 guys becoming senior members. Thanks again for making BR your home

I don't do "one" route like most drivers, I cover all routes and for this Christmas, I am down in the backwoods of Southern RI. Usually, if I have something coming that I know about, I can go find it on the truck in the morning but right now, when you go see your truck in the morning, it looks like a "spacial relations" test.....a huge puzzle. So to think you would be able to retrieve from mid load is just ludicrous till about 2-3pm. Plus,...................... it came US Mail ;D Robert- One word OLE' (Mexican for "Touche")

This was a great idea. I am absolutely spent. Wiped out, exhausted and I know for a fact that Matt 5.0 is too. We've been leaving boxes on doorsteps at an unbelievable rate, it seems nonstop and relentless. I literally just got home. Back at 8. But tonight I came home to a box for me. Yup, me. How cool is that? Well, let me tell you. I don't have a wife or girlfriend, my family is kinda spread out during the winter and well,...I just don't get gifts. Now, I'm sure not complaining, I used to make out like a bandit when I was a kid but tonight, to come home and have a box at MY door was, well,...kind of a gift in itself. Thanks Big! I got some cool cranks, some plastics (he HAD to throw in a bag of Yammies,lol) and best of all, a personalized card. Timing is everything, thanks for my gift Bert. Merry Christmas!!
