Well shoot, what a fine howdy doo, eh? That's not a good thing to hear from your doctor. Personally, if I were hesitant about it, I'd get a 2nd opinion. You're in control of your own health decisions, and so you should feel confident in whatever you choose to do. A 2nd opinion will either reinforce your doctor's advice, or may provide less invasive options to try first. Either way, you'll make a better informed decision. Good luck!

Can you clarify your question? Are you asking what do we think of those clubs that host tournaments during a time when they're banned? Are you asking if we think paper tournaments are ok during a ban period because you're not holding a weigh-in? Are you asking if we think it's ok to host a tournament because others are doing it? My Answers: I would report them. "No tournaments" means just that. No exceptions. No, it's not ok. No exceptions. Never is this an acceptable excuse for anything illegal. If you think it's not enforced, and therefore you can get away with it, see the first bullet point. Somebody is going to report it soon enough....maybe they'll report you.

Yup, just post the link as-is. No need to add anything to it. Works for YouTube vids too. As for coffee, Boca Java Espresso is my go-to. I like their South Beach Rhythm too. It has a smoky taste to it. Hints of a campfire. LongBottom Coffee makes a great vanilla creme brulee coffee if you like flavored coffee.
