  4. http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=Apf7si5ec8M2SOST.sKqK3ebvZx4?p=tabaq+speaker&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8&fr=yfp-t-314 4th one down for me. if it doesnt work , i can shoot you the .pdf.
  5. looks fun. i would do it.
  6. logitech is a great choice. i loved my 5.1 when i had it years ago. if you wanted to build something yourself , i would suggest this project. simple crossover and very easy build. measurements are in CM but you can convert it to inches and round up or down. http://coolcat.dk/bjoern/TABAQ_TL_for_TB.pdf throw these speakers in there - http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=264-809 a little t-amp http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=300-380 and youre set. just add a small sub amp and subwoofer and youre golden. ive been running mine for over a year and love it. while it doesnt get crazy loud like some people like , at a normal/loud listening level , it sounds better than any prebuilt system you can buy for the money.
  7. ....i need to try different beers. ;D i have sam adams octoberfest and blue moon in the fridge. i usually drink heineken. i have tried and liked sweetwater 420 at a mellow mushroom (an amazing pizza place). i havnt seen it anywhere else though.
  8. but it works.
  9. i like 10# cxx on casting gear. no problems what so ever. whatever i got snagged on , was coming up. rocks , branches , random trash etc.. since the switch to braid , its now leader material.
  10. if its a new reel , make sure you wont be voiding a warranty by doing so.
  11. duurrr , i totally did not think of that lol. they need to start selling sampler spools with like 60-75 yds of line. im starting to accumulate half spools of braid. : You mean filler spools? lol nope. all the spools ive seen have 125+ yds of line which is great and all , but i dont use all of it for one reel. if i dont like it , the rest sits there. 60yds would be perfect.

  13. sent abu an email and got one back. dodgeguy will love this lol .... i always thought those snap casts were a major factor in wind knots.
  14. went out again for 4 hours and primarily fished with the 801 and new line. as its breaking in , im getting more and more knots. my question is , why would a company make a reel as badass as this one , but have it not work with any braided line? : it baffles me. im thinking about emailing abu , just for S&G , to see what they have to say.
  15. congrats. 8-) im looking forward to taking my daughter fishing.
  16. so far, i like it. its very smooth. i only landed a couple mayan cichlids today but here is my mini review of the line. the coating does give it a bit of memory but it gets better with each cast. it doesnt allow it to be blown around too much by the wind though. i had to use uni/uni knots for the leader because my usual albright slips. power pro likes any line joining knot i tied. this line is noisy as hell , but that doesnt bother me. casting distance is similar to powerpro with the same baits and rod. i was using a different reel. as far as wind knots... eh. its the reel. while i did get far less than i did with power pro, i still did get a few. hopefully that will change when it breaks in some more. over all , i would recommend it as an alternative to powerpro.
  17. careful. ;D ;D ;D http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1254755998/0
  18. ill try. the only other braid i have used is power pro. the guys over at TT seemed to like it.... http://www.tackletour.com/reviewpremiumbraidrounduppg4.html
  19. picked up a spool of sufix performance tonight. sports authority had some sale on it. $15 for a 150yd spool of 20/6. ill be out tomorrow morning to give it a go.
  20. i have been eying the sufix performance braid for a while now , but have settled on powerpro. this may be the time i bite the bullet and pick some up. too bad sufix doesnt have a rebate thing going on now. worst case , it would go on the 602.
  21. im thinking it may be the reel also (i dont have a problem with my 602 with any line i give it) but there has to be a line that works with this one. ive had decent luck with sufix seige but i dont want a mono. 6# cxx was waste of time and money and im not sure how bad the management is with other copolys and small spinning reels. the thought of a fused braid like sufix fuse crossed my mind but i havnt seen enough reviews about it. ugh.
  22. im looking for a braid that works well on small spinning reels. I have tried 20/6 and 15/4 powerpro and got terrible wind knots so im thinking i need something with more body to it. Maybe fireline? What do you guys recommend? The reel is an abu 801
  23. thanks for that bit of history on the lake. i didnt realize it was that deep. the fishing is still pretty good there. largemouth and peacock bass , tilapia , mayan cichlid , some type of catfish and carp are the only ones ive seen in there. both the east and south side are now resident only areas so i fish the west and north sides and almost always catch something. this fall has really made the big ones come shallow though.
  24. they wouldnt of happened to call that place 'the rock pits' would they? thats the only lake i can think of but thats closer to lakes by the bay off 216 st and 87 ave. if so , its now surrounded by houses. the one in saga bay off 85 ave is the one i go to often. havnt seen any saltwater species in there. then again , andrew was like , 18 years ago? lol.
  25. old cutler road is about a minute and a half from me. ;D the lakes ive been to in the area only hold the usual peas , LM , carp and tilapia. if you dont mind me asking , where is the one youre talking about?
