Went out to check on some conditions at a local spot. Got a few like this guy. At least I can take off the 16", and cull with this 17.5"

Anyone Have Any Luck In Southern Nh Yet? (4/6/12)
So a jon boat or bass buster would work for you it sounds like, with a trolling motor, battery, an oar, and you're good to go.

Carlos, what kind of vehicle do you have, and what kinda boat would work for you? I have a couple connects, and might be able to help. Oh, and don't be afraid to keep on coming up Rt.4, cuz there's some goood water in that area, trust me.

Good luck with your goal, MARsSPEED, and thanks for the support on mine. As for the large bass thing... NH does have good fishing, you just have to fish for big fish. I'm not out to catch A fish. I'm out to catch THE fish.

Who's Wants In?
Well, you guys are are on 'em, too. Like sharks on fire! I'll be happy if all 5 of mine end up 6lbs or better (just a personal goal). Even if I win, I'm still gonna Rage up the runner up. Get 'em, boys! I wanna see some slobs!

Yup, they crush 'em. To buy them locally, you can usually find a limited selection at Dick's, but TWH is still your best bet for getting what you actually want. Do yourself a favor, and get at least Falcon and Green Pumpkin/ Purple Gold. That at least covers you in light and darker conditions. If you branch out from there, grab some Blue Craw. Ps- On the Chartreuse dipping. Less is more! Take a Q-Tip, dip it in the JJ's, then just lightly rub the swab along the flange part at the tips of the claws. You just want a little extra flash going on there.

Who's Wants In?
Here. I at least filled out that limit. I was all over fish today, but none out of that tough 16"-18" range. Got about 15 of those, though, all on a Tx rigged Craw. Falcon and Watermelon Red. Fish 3: 16" Fish 4: 17.5" Fish 5: 17.5"

Thanks, guys. I'm thinking about heading out right now for some night fishing for a couple hours. Hopefully I can find a fatty or two. Oh, and Beverly, I promise you are going to land a hawg on a Rage Craw, I'm going to see to it! Nice fish, too, by the way.

Who's Wants In?
Thanks, guys. Yes, Marspeed,I do need another bass boat, but waiting for Fall/ Winter to buy. Oh, and Nev, just been real busy with work n stuff, so time on the water has been a little short lately. I should at least fill out my limit by this weekend. Everybody's been doing great, and landing some pretty nice fish. Keep it up!

Jig Trailers
Most jigs of mine, get paired with a Rage Craw or Baby Craw, however, I also use Lobsters, Menaces, and Space Monkeys. For swim jigs, it's most often a Baby Craw, but right behind them, would be Grubs, Menaces, Shellcrackers, and and Chunks.

Who's Wants In?
Had a couple hours after work today, so figured I'd get out there and land something to hop in the game. First one, was 22.5" and 7lbs,11oz caught on a Tx rigged Rage Craw in Green Pumpkin/Purple Gold. Second one was 21.75", and 6lbs 10oz. Same setup, but a Green Pumpkin Sapphire. I realized after looking at the pics, that my board was a little light, so I went over it with a sharpie for ya'll. Stay on 'em, gents! Fish 1: Fish 2:

Thanks for the kind words, Beverly, and I really wanna see you turn this around. I think if you keep fishing 'em, you'll get bit here real soon. Also, if the slower horizontal fall of the Senko is getting you fish, try the Craw on a keel-weighted hook, and work in the same areas. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Ps- the 5/0 is perfect for the Craw. I use the Moaners with the screw lock, so I go a touch bigger with the 5, but a regular 4/0 without a screw lock is also fine.

Nice. I'm in. I'll throw down some Rage for the winner.

Rage Tail The New Generation
The new craw has a never before achieved claw action, and a streamlined claw following, to give it a whole new action that will amazing. If there were any unfilled gaps in the Rage Craw lineup, this new one takes care of them nicely. A great addition to my bag, for sure. Looks like they will be available sooner than I thought, too. Nice!

The New Dredge Jig And A Few Jig Colors

Rage Tail The New Generation
Yes, it is amazing how much goes into this stuff from this man. The baits just don't go, until everything about it is completely right. There's a reason why they're at the top of their class!

Beverly, While there are a million different ways to fish a Rage Craw, and catch fish, here's the one thing you need to do with it right now. Rig a Rage Craw (I'd start with a Falcon Craw, Watermelon Red, or Green Pumpkin Purple Gold, depending on cloud cover and water clarity) on a 5/0 heavy wire hook, peg a 3/8oz tungsten weight to it, and go fish your off shore ledges, channels, rock piles, and brush (deeper structure). When you get to your spot, come in quiet, and lay a nice silent pitch in there. Let it fall on a TIGHT line until it reaches the bottom. From there, you will have to feel it out, and decide if they want a slow drag, a hop, yo yoing, or whatever. They will eat it if the fish are there.
