Here's a couple from this morning. Caught some quality fish on a jig/Baby Craw.

Bitsy Bug jig with Rage Shrimp or Baby Craw.

Well, my "Great day on the river", was pretty good, but not quite as good as today. Same Moaner Predator jig with Rage Tail Baby Craw trailer, that I was using my last outing. I also caught fish on a Tx rigger Lobster, and a drop shot today, but my two best fish, just so happen to be my two new PB's. First one was the LM, that went 8-3. about a half hour later, same jig, my biggest ever smallie, at 5-14.

Of course I'm a Pats fan! Life IS good!

Oh, and don't sweat picking certain weather patterns. Just fish whenever you can.

I'd throw a keel-weighted Rage Craw or Lobster. That gets 'em pretty good for me in places like that.

This morning was a bit breezy, and mid-twenties, but I just had to fish. The only thing I needed was a 1/2 oz Moaner Predator jig (Falcon Craw skirt), with Rage Tail Baby Craw (Green Pumpkin), dipped in clear JJ's, and it was on! The fish were up along the channel edges, near rocks.

No, not yet.

The Rage Grub is fairly new to the market. I have used them a lot, and can tell you, they are very productive. I use them in the rivers for smallies on plain jig heads, and on a drop shot. They are also killer on a swim jig. Use the cut-tail feature, and use a white one on a Sexy Shad swim jig, or a Watermelon Red on a Bluegil swim jig, and you are in business.

Yeah, kinda sounds like you do. I have a Fuego that I did that upgrade, and either way, you'll be happy you did it. It's cheap enough, and well worth it if you ask me. Don't remember the exact cost, but it didn't break the bank or anything. That Fuego should be a smooooth operator!
