On Robalo's boat builder if you want the tow bar it cancels out the powerpoles and vice versa. I assume the dealer rigged it. Going to have one unhappy customer.

I agree with the premise of the blog/article but I don't believe it to be 100% accurate. Legal fishermen and hunters do more for conservation than any tree hugger will ever do.

We had the tornado sires going off Monday. I lost power last night and one of the trees in my back yard is no longer straight. My power came on at 3:15 this morning. My kid still doesn't have power. Another round of storms coming thru tonight. We needed the rain badly. The destruction not so much.

Takin' care of business

I put a MK Edge on the bow the Lund I gave to my kid. He never uses it. He backtrolls with the Enduramax on the transom. Better control of the boat in the wind. I don't have a bow mount, only an Enduramax transom mount. I prefer backtrolling because I have more control. The bow mount on a 3000lb rig acts completely different than a bow mount on a 400lb rig.

I got $75 for the Endura 40lb thrust motor from the pond hopper I bought. Paid $200ish for the 45lb Enduramax and I'm much happier.

Sell the Endura and get an Enduramax

I've been pulled over a few times in a No Wake, on the busiest inland waterway per acre in the US. It's always been because I run WOT until I get to the buoy and then throttle down.

I did burgers in July. Maybe 2 dozen. I can't say one way or another if they were more messy on the flat top or the grill. They turned out good.

A no wake zone doesn't necessarily mean no wake. It means the slowest speed to navigate safely. No wake zones on my home water are a money maker for law enforcement.

I'm ok with the rain. Sirens still going off.
