  1. Very nice
  2. Priorities. You could get a moderately equipped F250 for what it would cost for a loaded Tacoma. Shop around. I was due for a new truck. Honestly, Toyota hadn't come up with anything new since they introduced the "new" Tundra in 2007. My 2008 had over 200k miles on it and was experiencing electrical problems. The engine would probably have run another 200k miles. The bed had rusted through. I opted for the SuperDuty this time. Aluminum panels thru and thru. So far so good.
  3. I had a Tundra for 10 years. It's a towing machine. My answer to your question is: It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. I'm 4000-4500lbs tow weight and I traded in my 10 year old Tundra for a Ford Superduty. Overkill, but I couldn't pass up the deal I made on the truck. I was able to buy the Superduty for less than a new Tundra or F150
  4. While I haven't followed any of this thread, I feel the need to comment. Because of my disability, working out is not an option. That being said. I dropped 50 lbs this year just by not eating carbs. Bet I could drop another 20 or so if I gave up alcohol. Dropping the carbs has not only dropped weight. I have increased my energy and lowered my BP. For years, BP was 145/90 give or take. I'm at 112/70 as of now. I'm no longer dragging ass at 2pm. I could probably stand to drop another 40 lbs. Baby steps.
  5. Methinks this is what the thread is about
  6. Wifey and daughter both had Pontiac G6's. The bumper cover needed to be pulled out to remove the headlight assembly to change the headlight bulbs.
  7. 50mph is for *******. 70 mph on the east side of the pond
  8. Fluoro and mono at least once a year, maybe more. Braid, every few years.
  9. Prayers sent
  10. Increasing the conductor size won't have any effect on picture clarity. Shielded wire may help if you are experiencing interference. You can also try adding a choke. Humminbird might even send them to you at no charge.
  11. Won't be a Tracker...LOL Today was the first time he and I spent a day together, out of the comforts of home, without the women. I had a passing thought that I wouldn't need to sell the Lund. That I could take him fishing without them tagging along.
  12. Flex Seal Tape But seriously, the tailgate protector is meant to protect the tailgate. Your intention is to protect the tailgate protector?
  13. You know it! He wanted to climb around in the boats as well.

  16. I just dont want to dick around.
  17. But we're not on fire
  18. While I have 10" screens on both the bow and at the helm, I would prefer the larger screen at the bow because my eyesight sucks. OP, If you are a bank beater, water temp and depth is all you really need. If you are fishing deeper or fishing shallow/deep structure, put the better graph on the bow.
  19. We've over done it with the global warming fix. Time to increase burning fossil fuels so we can get back to normal.
  20. @Harold Scoggins Thanks! It would be cheaper for me to buy a package of hooks when I get there, than check a bag.
  21. What about needlenose pliers and weights? I'm not checking bags so it would be carry on.
  22. Moving the consoles forward will also offer a drier ride. By doing that, they were forced to make the boat 21'+ so you could lay rods out on the deck. Sharp looking boat. The livewell system is nothing new, just new to bass boats. Lund's "Prolong" livewell has high speed freshwater pick ups with air injection when you're using the recircs. Saltwater inshore and bay boats have used pressurized livewells for a few years now.
