The trolling motor may cause interference with the HW. The lights are run off a rocker switch, so your lights will need to be on to use it.

I wouldn't splice into the graph wires for fear of interference. I'm not familiar with the HW but I'd Get some 16/2 or 18/2 marine wiring and run it back to the battery. solder on some butt connectors and fuse it close to the battery.

Are you doing the break in properly? 1300-3000rpm seems low. On my 225 ProXS, the first 2 hours were motor trimmed down all the way running 4000-5500rpm changing rpm every 2 minutes. And under normal operation you shouldn't have excessive vibration
