How Old Is Old?

Recommended Posts

Just curious, if you're willing to tell. Who is the oldest person on this forum? I'm 68, so I know it isn't me.

Seventy-two, plus 41 days.  I drove the 1,230 miles to the Road Trip last year in 23.5 hours, including three stops at rest areas to get some shuteye.  I can still get around.  No aches, no pains.

The day you stop being young is the day you get old.

I like the way my buddy responds to the question:  "old enough to know. young enough not to listen"

Age is in your mind.

It is how you feel and what you can do, not your age that is important.

I know some people in their 40s who act like they are in their 80s and some in their 60s who act like teenagers.

Oysters. Think oysters!!!

Whenever I hear some old coot tell a youngster that growing old is a pain, I tell them, "It beats the alternative."
