  1. With todays ammunition , I'm not too sure about that. And for the price you can't beat it. I have a .380 which has been very reliable on the range so far.

We have no rites in IL.
  3. Grow a spine or get divorced.
  4. The state government of Minnesota shut down for 2 weeks that started July 1st. The state parks were unmanned and walk in only. On 4th of july weekend I believe 13 people were arrested for theft and vandalism at some of the parks. In addition the great outdoors became the bathroom facilities. http://www.startribune.com/sports/outdoors/124541078.html http://www.startribune.com/sports/outdoors/125028954.html Anything else I'd have to say would risk locking the thread. 2012 is around the corner. Pay attention to what's going on and vote out the people taking our country in the wrong direction.
  5. I think trevor is a fine name.
  6. If it's low there has to be a leak somewhere. Can you find any evidence?
  7. Worms, hotdogs, minnows. Try using circle hooks. They kind of set themselves when being reeled in. Tough to keep a 4 year olds attention. Might be tough taking him out on the new boat for more than a couple hours. You might be better from shore, pack a lunch and bring a bat and ball or something in case he gets bored.
  8. Me too
  9. Tuffy is a very popular musky and walleye boat in cheeseland. Take it for a drive and see if he'll let you have a mechanic look at it. If there are no leaks and the motor checks out, 2 grand seems reasonable.
  10. Let it sink, then pop it, sink, than pop it. The strike will most likely happen on the fall so keep a somewhat tight line as it falls.
  11. It's not rocket science. Rocket science can be figured out with math. Bass on the other hand...
  12. A new back.
  13. Open a new thread. There are many ??? to be answered.
  14. Albright knot. Just make sure you cinch the tag ends tight.
  15. I like when your central air breaks down. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!! On Wednesday I pull up to the house after work about 8pm with my work van.(I normally park in a storage yard because the HOA rules). Only a few of my neighbors know I'm a hvac/r mechanic. You'd have thought I was driving the Good Humor truck. My neighbor across the street who I'll call "Mr. Can you do me a favor?" runs up to me before I can even get out of my truck. "I think my compressor is bad. I poured water on it and it started to smoke" He needed a condenser motor. "Do you have one on your truck?" "No" "I have someone coming out in the morning to look at it" "Good for you" I then go fix my next door neighbors a/c(They had asked me the prior day)They still haven't come over to say thanks or offer me a couple bucks. It's now about 9pm and I'm in my driveway welding something for a buddy of mine and some guy comes up to me. "Are you working here or do you live here?" "I live here" "You're the guy with the boat" "Yeah" "Nice boat" "Let me guess, your a/c isn't working." ...and so on. The following day it's 110 heat index and when I get home Mr.Can you do me a favor? rings my bell. "They fixed my a/c but he said my thermostat was bad and wanted 80 bucks to put in a new one." "Yeah" "I bought a thermostat. If I give you 40 bucks can you put it in? It's about time I paid you for something LOL" ...and if I don't get a thank you from my next door neighbor their a/c will mysteriously break down. So be nice to your hvac guys.
  16. The more money you save now, the easier getting thru college will be. Working cuts into homework time which may affect your grades. Put away the same amount every paycheck into a separate account, and live within your means on the rest. If you work extra hours here and there, put that in your "spending" fund. It will add up, and you can reward yourself with the new gear.
  17. If you can't remove it, I would tape the ends up real good with some electrical tape and secure it with wire ties somewhere it won't get shorted.
  18. A good "universal" color is chartruse and white, and the weight would depend on the depth you are fishing. You may want to invest in colors that match the bait you are trying to imitate, like bluegill, shad, or whatever.
  19. Much needed rain is an understatement. I was too busy working in the heat all week that yesterday I did absolutely nothing. Was hoping to launch at Diversey this AM to get on some smallies but storms again
  20. He puts some wierd stuff in his mouth. That trumps the hotel sleeping.
  21. I agree. Get it before you get married. You'll get some enjoyment out of it before she takes it in the divorce.
  22. Many trailer rental stores like Uhaul will sell and install trailer parts.
