  3. Wow! That's nuts. And what happens if the snake bites the bass on the inside. Dead bass I suppose? I don't think this is the best idea for the angler or for catch and release.
  4. Bantam, thanks for your honesty in addressing the conflicting information.
  5. I agree that it's a free country and we all have the choice to use what we like. But dodgeguy has a right to defend himself. I remember the original thread, and while dodgeguy could have been a bit mellower in his presentation, it turns out that the information he provided in that initial thread regarding the strands appears to be correct. Those who attacked him for that information may owe him an apology.
  6. That is a beautiful fish! Welcome to the forum, Dr Pigg! Warm Regards, Dr Dink

    Welcome to the forum, Jim!
  8. I missed this thread last year. It was a busy time at work for me. So here's a belated exclamation for you Daniel. Wow! I've never found anything that cool.
  9. I hope the Cardinals hit their stride soon. They are stumbling into the playoffs. They're not putting any runs on the board and the pitching has been sub-par. It's time to start getting hot!
  10. Hey

  11. Use a small plastic lure box for lures you've removed while you're out on the lake. When you're finished for the day, return all lures to their original containers.

The link below is one of the better threads covering this lure. It received good comments from some respected members on this forum. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1235174159/0

  19. I rarely use a trailer. I will use one when I need some bulk such as fishing highly stained or muddy water. I do use trailer hooks and I do use the Strike King Skirts with the long skirt fibers that act as a trailer. However, I fish Booyahs with the regular Booyah skirts just as much as I fish the Strike Kings.
  20. Please!!!! Keep your odd sexual fantasies regarding rods and reels to yourselves.
  21. I shouldn't poke fun. I've been guilty of that style myself.
  22. Excellent post, Jack! Good luck in the tournament!
  23. Welcome!
