Look at the actual comments and specific feedback from people. The percentage number of their feedback means absolutely nothing if they have hundreds of thousands of feedback. They can still have a high number and have a bunch of bad reviews.

Central/S FL area here. About 8-10 combos on deck for me usually. If I'm on a shallow lake it's usually topwater, punching/flipping rigs, senkos, jigs and T-rigs. If I'm deep then it's XD cranks, C-rigs, swimbaits and A-rigs.

My 8 yr old son won't miss a trip. My 13 yr old daughter, not so much. She goes shopping with her mom.

Someone went as far as to steal my boat trailers reverse lockout cap last time out! I mean really, they're under $20.

That lake can get down right dangerous with much less than 17mph winds.

Similar experience for me years back. I had the decorative butt cap logo fall off of one of my dobyns Savvy rods(first Dobyns). I called to ask what could be done. A nice lady answered and said nobody was in at the moment but that someone would get back with me. Never did I think though that the owner, Gary himself would be the one to call me back. Ended up sending me the cap, a small vile of adhesive and a sweet Dobyns logo hat! I now own many of their rods and speak with Gary when I need specific advise on one.

I had no option on my current boat but to use sandwich style. I have a CMC power lift plate. But mine are sandwiched between the plate and the outboard itself. Hopefully I don't lose my motor going down the lake one day ?

For my cousin (who's like a sister) who survived it. And a fellow supervisor at work who lost his battle with it just this week.

What would the added brackets there change that would make bolts come loose? I've had both styles and never a problem either way. But, I do remember Merc (I think) was voiding warranties for people using the sandwich brackets.

You gotta pay to play, right! I use to be like that. But I throw everything now. Been lucky and never lost an expensive swimbait....yet.

I added a dual setup to my 96 18.5' ProCraft and it didn't change much of anything. Maybe just a tad slower hole shot but nothing that bothers me.

They sale kits cheap you can do yourself.

I've stepped up to a slightly thicker screw before when this happened.
