  7. I made an appointment with a neurosurgeon who just happens to be a friend; I had forgotten what he does for a living (y'all know how it is you don't think about till you need one). My appointment is on January 7th so until then its major pain if I want to hit the lake, Dr. Moore said I can go but not rough water rides and if I catch another DD have someone else lip it.

  9. On most bodies of water in winter we're looking at a vertical situation as far as cover types go. To explain: Bass usually move deeper during the winter months. On some lakes that may mean they pull into creek channel for the winter. On other lakes, where everything is pretty well shoreline-related, they might move to steeper banks, 45-degree banks or bluffs, which are the areas where they're probably going to spend the winter. One thing you can just about bet on is that wintertime bass are going to be close to deep water. I'm not saying you can't catch them shallow because if you get a few nice days during the winter some of the fish will move up. They may also get on shallow targets next to deep water. Keep deep water and a slow retrieve in mind, and you'll be a little better off during winter months.

Back pain is something that will certainly take some time getting use to; I never realized how much you body depends on the back. So far I know I have severe arthritis in my lower back but what laid me up was something being pinched. I had an MRI on Friday and when during lunch today to get the results but the nurse said he hadn't read it yet. I said you tell him he has had it for 5 days now, she says you can't count weekends, I replied my back does. I'm scheduled off on the 7th

The doctors finally figured out that it's not heart attacks but muscle spasms that are giving the same symptoms as heart attacks. She has a major blood vessel that has curves instead of being straight and the spasms cut off circulation. She now has to carry nitro pills
  23. When I first started it was the competition; now it's mostly just to shut-up a few cocky youngsters who think old school doesn't work any more.
