  1. killian's is most definetly a domestic....sorry about the bad news i guess :-?....its still mighty tasty though!!! also glad to hear that everyone loves the stuff as much as i do.... if you want a quick hammering...try a loaded beer........ take a corona, drink just the neck portion out of it..... put in one shot of tequila......(add the lime too, if thats your cup of tea) it tastes great , and well, you get the picture... tried this one on spring break in the bahama's many years back, and still do it on occasion ;D
  2. skim was always my preference, anything above tastes like heavy cream to me (my mom raised me on skim, she's a health nut!!) ...although now i only drink soy milk, my old lady doesn't drink milk...and well ive just gotten used to the taste of the soy over the years.. :-/
  3. lots will disagree, im sure......... but my mono choice is ande!!
  4. lots of people use a mono backer so it won't slip on the spool...... personally i use a small piece of electrical or gorilla tape perfectly wrapped around the bare spool....then line up as usual. the "tackiness and squish" of the tape will prevent all slipping of the line, and you don't have to mess with extra knots on your already small 2000 spool.
  5. i fish smaller paddle tails, and they have "some" wobble to them..... i would assume the larger one's would have slightly more.... is it a problem, or just annoying?
  6. not too shabby my man....... what gear you usin' there......can't quite decipher from the pic, eh?
  7. agreed......you do all you can, but every once in a while.........the fish fools you!!!! :-?
  8. ok. so ive done it too, but c'mon......when its that cheap, what the difference in price between keystone and naty
  9. good choices, and of course....good to have ya!!!
  10. sorry....just an addition..... my personal preference is suffix braid.
  11. if you own a 2000... i would say, a 20lb braid would be good... the smaller dia. will allow for more than enough line on your spool, and the 20lb braid will resist the line dig better than any smaller dia. just a tip.... spool it very tightly to resist the "dig".. what i did was spool it as usual, then went to an open area and tied off on a tree......walked all the line out, then reeled it in while walking towards it with almost a full bend in my rod......that'll keep it from locking itself up!!
  12. what the heck is that??!! looks like a roach with a beaver tail, eh! and, obviously, no ... i have never fished it, or seen anything like it for that matter...
  13. personally....i like it all, from SR211's to naty light to guiness..... but my favorite by far is........st. pauly girl!! how bout ya'll ??

  22. good stuff.....!!! congratulations!!
  23. ever heard of an "olympic sittup"........its by far the best, if your interested i'll tell ya how to dupe your buddies with this one...... and for those you plain don't like (ive personally never done this one).. you have the classic "upper decker".....again if you don't know of this one, let me know and ill teach ya... a great one as well (i don't have a name for)... you unscrew your buddies shower head, and fill it with coffee grinds....so the next shower he takes, all the water running out is crap brown!!!! its my all time classic!!
