  1. thanks for the info..... but dude, seriously.......... i think your dogs dead man :'( ...crazy pic!!
  2. i never use the firetiger pattern anymore..... the only success i ever had with it was when i lived in south florida......i caught lots of peacock bass with it down there..... now im in orlando, and the climate gets a little chilly for peacocks, and the LM don't seem to like it, so ive ditched it all together!!
  3. ya, im not sure on the best lens for water clarity.... but im gonna have to agree with the amber for low light days, and the gray for bright.....
  4. ya , their no good in my eyes as well....... either way...... this thread will be toast soon!!! can't believe its still up right now,
  5. amazing catch man!!! keep us posted on the outings there in brazil... thats a long way from most of us and im sure everyone else is just as interested as i am too see the different species!!
  6. good luck in the tourney........ ?you call 3 LM and 8 SM in four hours a slow day...?? i wanta fish where your at ;D
  7. i occasionally fish a pond similar to that in my area......it usually has a thick green film on the top of the water too that stains my line all up..... anyway... my best producing bait for this spot is a pop-r, hands down.
  8. ya....... ive actually caught more than a few bass on a husky jerk!!
  9. my only concern is the "unbelievable stringers" of bass......
  10. good to have ya, and if your in orlando......feel free to drop me a line as well!!
  11. ........ya, im in orlando.....i know the feeling,eh!!

  19. good to have ya, this site is amazing....!!!! and everyone in it, glad your a part!!!
  20. not sure quite the sort of them you have around there, but here in FL we have tons of alligator gar..... and some of them get really large to say the least......... the best bait i have caught them on (while targeting bass though) are live shiners near the surface....... sometimes it seems like i can't keep the gars away from them, although at times i wish i could...........but every once in a while i land a large one that is more than worthy!!!!!!!!!
  21. OHHHHH,,,,,,, you've got the best worms in my eyes!!!!! charlie's are the best worms in my bag over the last nine years..... although recently i have noticed that the great charlie's scent isn't as heavy as in the bags i have bought in the past.....(im highly saddened by this!!)....... although the new bags still work wonders.......i tend to dip them through the remaining older bags to get the goodness all over them.....bass love it, and so do i !!!!!!!!!! ;D
  22. great day if i've ever seen one!!!!
  23. nice fish for sure.... but your right... the pic doesn't do it justice......not trying to be mean, just saying that for 3.5, it could have looked bigger(with the right camera angles and distance.......we know the tricks!!! 8-))
  24. nice fish.... how late in the evening did you catch it ..... looks kinda dark,eh?
  25. i've seen'em blind in one eye many of times, but both......?? quite interesting.... seems to be doing well too.... thanks for sharing, never would have thought it was possible.
