I just purchase that rod a couple days ago. I use it for plastic. Works great. Paired it with a Shimano Sustain 2500. Caught the reel on sale at BPS

Yes the GY Kreature. Their are dozen of way to fish this thing. In the last 3 month I have caught 134 bass using it. In Ky lake 330 is the right color for me.

I have been using the kreature in color 330 for the past 3 month and very little of any thing else. I use spinning equipment with #6 pound line and a #4 worm hook. Rig it weightless and backward. I toss and let it sit for a few second then with rod pull it about a foot and let fall on slack line. PS make sure you have a good hold on rod for I had one try to take it away from me this morning.

It is call a underspin and is used on a fluke or a swinbait.

Go with the Stradic it is a great reel. Cannot help on the St Croix rods don't own one.

I tried it on a shakey head and has no luck with it. Not to say it won't work but it didn't work for me.

that is what I call good. If you fillet them they are ok not as good as crappie.

Went back today not a awesome day just a good day. Ended up with 11 Nice LM and one 3 pound SM. SM will also hit the kreature.

I care what it was design for. I don't think their is such a thing as a general purpose rod. All rods are made to throw a specific weight of lure with a specific line size. That is the reason they go to all that trouble to stenciled it on them

I was given a Allstar spinning rod a few days ago and trying to find some imformation on it. It is a 7 ft pro2 series pt 70 ms medium action . I call Allstar and the only thing they could tell me it is a magnum rod. No much help at all. Any ideas.
