I use them for Carolina rig’s exclusively. For working a regular t rig I have better luck using other options Mike
  5. When I first read your post I had to wait awhile before I responded because I didn’t want to say what I felt. I’ll just say this. There will come a time (hopefully decades from now) when you’ll have all the alone time you can handle without them. I hope you will have forgotten what you feel now. Mike

Any hook point regardless of manufacture, that consistently rub’s on rock, wood etc for any length of time will dull. Actually just one time can be enough. Alway check your point if fishing in and around that kind of structure more often. Mike
  8. I assume you mean plastic? If so, white for bedding fish June bug or red shad for everything else. If I am wrong, then none. I don’t use rubber. Mike
  9. Happy Easter to you all On a personal note, this is the first time in 49 yrs of marriage Mrs Mike and I will be alone for any holiday. Sad Mike
  10. A punch rig should be one solid unit with no space between the bobber stop to trailer. An unpegged rig is not considered for punching because your plastic won’t make it through the mat, hense the description. It’s just an unweighted t rig. More than one stop is usually used with larger sized weights because the vegetation can separate the weight from the hook easier, which you do not want. Mike

  16. If I can, I change pull angle a few times. You’d be surprised how many lure and hooks can be saved by just moving around. If that don’t work I’ll cut as low as I can and move on. Mike

  21. Living in a motor home Mrs Mike and I are getting to know each other all over again. Even after almost 50 yrs together. She watches me all day and makes sure I don’t do anything stupid while I’m still healing from back surgery. I walk 20yds or so every hour with the walker then put it away and walk a little on my own. That’s it. All She does is try to stay in touch with the kids all day long. It wouldn’t be too bad if I didn’t keep getting the call of The Lake every 10 min. ? You all stay well Mike
