852s NRX @ Reg. Price vs 852s GLX on Sale?
You shouldnt pay full price for an NRX rod, there are sales often where you can get up to 20% off, wait for those opportunities.

Line for finesse fishing
The effect of twists will show a 1000 times quicker with fluoro than twist in braid. You really have to twist the crap out of braid to get it to behave negatively.

Are all polarized glasses the same quality of polarization?
Oakley doesnt laminate sandwich use coating for their polarization https://my.oakley.com/en/technology Also the degree of polarization can be tweaked or a lesser manufactures quality can effect the performance of the polarization. Look through your glasses and tilt your head left/right what happens?? The polarization should decrease. If it gets better even slightly your lens film wasnt aligned properly.

Dead Sticking
I dead stick senkos and ikas mostly. I throw them out set rod down and fish with another set-up usually a paddle tail. I make 10 or so casts with paddle tail then go back and either recast or retrieve senko/ika a few turns set back down. Just like shore fishing for catfish wait for the rod to start twitching.

Curado K
I was tetering between the tatsv and k. Chose the tatsv cause I have 2curado 70's and the chronarch mgl. I regret that decision haven't been all that impressed with the tatsv. I have sv105 that is ok and a t3 that I like also the original tat but the tatsv does nothing for me.

Keitech Swim Impact alternative
MEND-IT invest in a bottle Except for tail bite offs mend-it will save those keitechs over and over 10+ fish per keitech easily done. Using the little ones once I catch 2-3 and notice some tearing off it comes set aside to treat it later to use again.

Risks of buying a used bass boat W/O outboard?
I dont think that is a $1500 set-up. If your motor budget is anywhere near $1500 Id look at another option. Not sure your area but on my CL quite a number of nicer $3000-3500 boat/motor/trailer for sale.

Mono/Copoly Rated Strength vs. Diameter
I would most want to know their knot strength with various knots, being the knot is usually the weakest point.

Frog setup for ~$250
The individual tooth size wont change. The overall diameter of the gear will change based on number of teeth. These gears have a 48 pitch and as you see all have different number of teeth but the teeth remain the same size. The gear ratio will change based on the combination used to pair them together. If I pair the 22 tooth gear to the 83 tooth gear the ratio will be 4.88 if I pair the 75 tooth to the 22 the gear ratio will be 3.4 The 83 to 17 ratio is 3.77 and the 75 to 17 ratio is 4.11, all different gear ratios. Now the teeth didnt change size nor did they get stronger or weaker. The teeth on the biggest gear are the same size as the teeth on the smallest gear. Could you be thinking of the "power" increase you get from using a lower geared reel like say a 5.5 to 1 ratio for big crankbaits, being easier to reel than the same model in an 8 to 1 ratio and you have to reel with more effort with same big crankbait?

Frog setup for ~$250
No that is incorrect. The size of the teeth dont change based on gear ratio.

Keitech Swing Impact FAT alternative?
Simple and only correct answer is, NO. Just bookmark the Keitech site and check for sales, they have 50% off here and there(think Thanksgiving). Also Dicks Sporting Goods has BOGO at times or BOGO 50% off for a 25% savings. When they do go on sale buy all of them you can. Have paid as low as $3 for Fat 3.8" never over $5. Also if you havent yet get MEND-IT, for all you soft plastic repairs, saves big $$$$ in the long run. Its just like the senko many imitators but no duplicators.
