Earlier this year I heard of lightning hitting a full size van out where I fish. I don't fool around with storms, I go in.

I have heard about stuff like this happening before. It makes me sick to think about it.

If I am fishing from the shore, I look at what is in the water. I'm not going to be throwing a deep diver if the lake is shallow, or if it has a lot of grass, tree limbs, etc. in it. If the lake is deep and fairly open then I will start using baits that sink.

It depends on the lake and the time of year. This time of year I start using a chunk instead of a craw. The trailer doesn't have as much action, but that is what the bass seem to want.

I have a BPS Extreme 370 bag. I just roll up the plastics in the bag they came in an put them in the 370 boxes.

Replicas and a couple of gigs worth of pictures if I catch a healthy record fish. If I catch one that I know won't make it I would still take pics and get a replica, but I would turn the fish back into the water.

Wow, tough question. It would either be a spro frog, or a jitterbug. I can't make up my mind.

Before I change the crankbait, I will change the retreive. If burning it doesn't work I will run the bait slower.

Try trimming the weed guard back away from the end of the hook about 1/16". Then take a file to the hook and sharpen it.

I buy most of my stuff from Cabela's and BPS, but I also like to cruise around the web. You never know what kind of online deal you will find.

When I have days like that they are called "Scott Days", and my friends tend to keep their distance in case some of that bad luck tries to rub off.

I haven't been out too much this fall because of work and family, but this whole year has been one of the worst. Of all the times I have been out this year, I have been skunked probably 50% of the time.

T-rig, or weightless.

In clear water it's chrome w/ blue back. In stained water I like smokey joe. Muddy water I like a natural craw pattern.

Still working on learning the shakey head. Haven't had much luck so far, but the years not over yet.
