735c is my favorite rod for those applications. 703 is a nice rod but I doubt it is going to fish heavier than it is labeled.

strike king 3xd, 5xd , yamamoto senko 5in any greenish color/pumpkin watermelon, wacky rig hooks. If there are two thing I can catch fish on its a crankbait and a wacky rig.

buddy sealed the deal on a boat in 2weeks. It can be done quick.

My friend. Jeep Grand cherokee 06 $4,000, new tires $400. Possibly spetn $5000 on it. Sold it for $200 after the transmission went out. First off never buy an older jeep grand cherokee. Second never pay $2,000 over what the car is worth. 3rd dont sell it for what the transmission place says they'll take for it because god knows they know hot to fix it for cheap. He really needs someone to manage his money.

What's so bad about putting in a check valve? I would do that before going through the hassle of drilling an extra hole.

Send it back to the company and say the hooks are garbage and you are not happy. Most of the time they'll send a new one back

Zebco makes super cheap line that you can find at walmart. Its only useful purpose is for backing or arts and crafts

I tend to enjoy catching fish that I dont have the option but to fight them in. Sure a big bass isnt that hard to bring in but it does get dicey when you catch a 6lb+ on one treble hook.

Buy a dremel. I dont use mine that much but its at least 5 years old and still kicking. Maybe some guys that use them all the time could chime in. I dont see a point in buying cheap tools. My friends dad is a carpenter and doesnt own a single off brand tool. Tools will last a lifetime is treated properly.

Ive got two of the medium action and they arent my favorite rods. They a little beefy at the bottom and i dont like the lure rating it has. It fishes good so that doesnt bother me. Im just spoiled because I own several dobyns rods. I would throw 3xds, rattle traps and heavier medium divers.
