Lews
I have a casting(Tournament Pro) and spinning(Gold Spool). I love them both. For the money you can't go wrong. Also, I have a Revo and a Chronarch, and I say the Lew's are better than both.

What Are Your Favorite Tubes?
I use the Zoom salty tubes. I ussually start with GP, but will change to other colors(ie. junebug, water/red etc) depending on the bite and lake. I have also used the SK coffee tubes and find that they work well, too.

What's Your Favorite Hollow Belly Frogs And Why?
I have used Spro, Live Target and the Booyah pad crasher. I have caught the most bass using the Booyah. Also, I find the # of hook-ups is improved using the Booyah over any of the others I have tried.

Stafford Pond, Tiverton, Ri
I have fished Stafford many times, but not at this time of year. Last time I fished it a red shad senko wacky rigged and a GP baby brush hog was killing them. Some parts are very deep and there are a ton of rocks. Be careful with your boat and your lures. I have seen and have gotten hung up more on that lake than any other. Check out some of the articles on the site about fall fishing and try some the recommended lures. Also, give the brush hog and senko a try and find out from there. Good luck. There are some real nice bass in that lake.

Berkley Backslides
Has anyone tried the new backslide soft baits from Berkley? The principle behind them is interesting and seems like it would be effective. However, I have yet to try them and am wondering if any of you know if the work. Thanks.

Does Getting Skunked Bother You?
When I am fishing tournaments and get skunked I do get upset. However, when I am not in a tournament I do enjoy just being out on the lake. Yet, I enjoy those days much more when I am on fish. Also, a previous post made a great point about getting skunked. They said it makes them question what they are doing. This is right on point. I know if I go without catching any bass I will question my tactics and fishing choices all the back home.

Best Rod For Fishing Flukes?
I have used both spinning and casting rods for flukes. I have to say I think the casting rods work better. Both were 7 ft MF St.Croix rods. If you have the opportunity, use both and see which one you prefer.

Which Reel For The 200 Pricepoint?
I have both the Shimano and the Lew's and I can tell you I like the Lew's more. Both are good, but the Lew;s feel, cast's and reel's better than the Shimano.

Bps Carbonlite Rods, Would Like Some Feedback
I have 2 MF carbonlite spinning rods. They are very light and sensitive. I use them for T-rigging worms and wacky rigs. They are well worth the $100 price tag. You will not be disappointed.

Leupold Acadia Bino's
I am looking into getting a pair of these at BPS, when they have their trade-in come Wednesday. I am wondering if anyone owns a pair? If so, what do think of them? Thanks.

Trigger X Big And Little Moe
I was checking these out at BPS, but did not take the plunge. I am wondering if anyone uses these creature baits. If so, which works better, big or little? Also, what colors do you find to be most productive? Thanks for the help.

Rage Tail The New Generation
Sorry about that, I should have reread your post. I do have a few questions though. When you fished the cutter worm; which set up did you find to be the most productive T-rigged, rage rig, or some other style? Also, what retrieve worked better; swimming, hooping etc? Thanks, I only ask because I use alot of Rage Tail products and the worm and craw look very interesting.

Anyone Throwing A Lews?
I have a speed spool Tournament pro and I love it. The weight and feel are fantastic. The casting distance I get with it is unreal. Also, I have reels from BPS, Abu, Shimano and Quantum, but the Lew's is my favorite reel to use. When I buy another reel it will be a Lew's.
