You would use grease for the most part but there are a couple tiny spots that I like to use a very small drop of oil on depending on how the clutch is put together. don't mix grease either, Make sure you clean all the parts in a cleaning solution before applying new lube. there's countless youtube videos on how to do this yourself. TackleJunkie81 has probably the best video series on youtube on every tiny step of breaking down/cleaning/lubing a reel.

did you drop it in sand? you may have got some sort of debris under the clutch or something has worked its way into the clutch mechanism inside the sideplate through the pinion. hard to say w/o seeing it. If you know how to, just take it apart and clean it. pretty simple to do, too.

I think you would be okay /w 10 thoughht i prefer 8 and under on spining tackle. i usually fish 7. 10# shooter vs 10# cxx on a spinning reel will be night and day. if you're okay /w CXX on a spinning reel you will fall in love /w shooter.

if you want the "best", i'd recommend from experience Sunline shooter. I use it for all bottom contact baits and fish zebra muscle infested waters. Tough as nails and the best fluoro i've used.

the 7' MF st. croix is one of the most versatile rods built and the ScV blanks are some of the finest in the industry. if you can grab an extreme for a sweet deal, it's more than worth it. if you don't end up buying it, PMme the details and i would be interested. If you don't like it (which would be rare), the 7; MF LTB and Xtremes have a very good resale value.

Did you test these at ultra slow speeds. almost at a crawl? I've never found anything equivalent to a Keitech's movement where you can fish it as slow /w the same amount of action.

Why do you like Gurley to STL? He's an amazing talent but his landing spot was one of the worst places he could have gone...STL line is really bad, STL QB situation is bad, the receiving core is bad, and they face SEA and ARI twice. White Stacy is obviously gone and Cunningham will have little effect, I doubt Mason is going anywhere. I hope he takes off but I hate his spot in STL.

I have both the tdz100m and rcs1016. The tdz100 is a good upgrade but i feel it's still too deep of a spool. the RCS 1016, for me, is a much "controlled" spool, and while not leaps and bounds better, than the tdz100, i like the performance of the 1016 better. with that said, i believe between the two, the tdz100 will fit your fuego correctly. the RCS1016 will fit, but there will be a small gap. i've read about people dealing /w the gap in zillions. i personally put one of mine in a zillion just to test it and got line into the gap. The tdz100 in a fuego, paired /w the correct rod(this is key /w all light lures), will be more than capable of casting and pitching 3/16 and 1/4oz baits. I have no experience /w the SV spools but from what i've read, many prefer these. A tdz100 spool + 4 bearing 90mm+ handle will make the reel great.

they picked up Toddman for that reason I would guess. They are still high on Stewart after his strong season last year of being mostly healthy. Tolbert isn't going anywhere either. They also have a good run game in their QB when healthy. Wasting a pick on a RB this early for them wouldn't have made any sense when that type of RB isn't their MO. They could very well pick a RB later on for youth but I can't see it being for anything besides depth or like you said, youth behind Stewart and Tolbert/Toddman. I almost feel like DAL might not take a RB here....
