I didn't take the time to read the incredibly long Wells report but from what i've gathered, and correct me if I'm wrong, there is nothing that outright says Brady did what he's being accused of...only that it is "more probable than not he was at least generally aware of what was going on." and there were a lot of text messages between the 3. With how awful the NFL is at billing out the correct disciplinary action, it's really hard to see Brady not winning his appeal he just filed unless there's some concrete evidence we don't know about. It's a Balsa bait. If you accidentally cast it on top of a rock or anything hard it can and will break like pictured if hit hard enough. Also, slapping balsa baits on the water clearing weeds will all but certainly have the same outcome. It's the nature of the beast /w balsa baits.

I can see the two assistants getting fired/banned. I see brady getting 1-2 games max unless the nfl drops the hammer. Then i see 6 at most. That basically ruins their season anyway. Doubt any draft picks are taken away but i wouldnt be surprised if they penalize them with their past in mind.

I get your point but you aren't comparing apples to apples. Yes, it would be news, there would be be penalties and it would be talked about but in a different light. Even if all crimes committed were equal between the two teams, one of them potentially cheated their way into a Super Bowl trophy which 100% deserves a stiffer penalty. Its going to be a bigger story and embarrass the league being they did so and won the Super Bowl. Obviously both would be talked about in a different way...especially when one of them is notorious for getting caught cheating.
