yea man the heat is killing the fishermen and the fish... too much I haven't had any luck fishing in weeks

I usually wear dark colors and stay further back from the shore when I am fishing

Yea man I live about 3 mins from there off of veterans parkway and race track. I am meetin up with another member from this site tomorrow afternoon and checkin out some of his spots so we can definitely link up and do some fishing

Senkos always work wonders anywhere I would throw a black and blue jig also I'd try a top water frog

Nice carp I have about 4 or 5 of them in my backyard but I can never seem to catch them... I even tried snagging them but no luck and they are huge

I scouted out some lakes at World Golf Village today when I went to Gander Mountain to pick up some lures and I am going to fish them tomorrow morning. I am taking my girlfriend and newborn there and am going to spend the day. Hopefully I catch something worth posting and best believe I will take pictures. On a side note when I was checking out one of the ponds I heard a big splash in the distance looked up and just saw ripples. Then my cell phone rang and I answered it. I was walking to my car about 10 yards away from the bank and dropped my phone. I picked it up and when I looked up in the water there was a gator looking right at me probably about 20 feet from shore. I went to take a picture and he went under... I waited for another 5 to 10 mins, far away from the shore of course, to see if it would pop back up but it didn't. I will be fishing that pond tomorrow hopefully I can get a shot of it.

YOu must be organized because I wouldn't be able to find anything. I have a tackle bag that I use and I just take a few plastics and put them in my plano cases along with spinners, jigs, crank baits, swim baits, etc and leave the rest in their bags and put in my tackle box that I leave at home. It makes it easier and its not like you are going to use 10 - 20 plastic worms in one outing... but maybe people do depending on the fishing

I have 3 swim baits and they work pretty well for me. I have a small one, medium, and a large one. Using the large on I've caught a couple ranging from 3 to 5lbs. With the medium and small ones I have caught smaller fish. One of the ones i have is made by Storm, and the other 2 I got from Gander Mountain and I forget the brand name. If you go to youtube this guy has a video of the fish he caught using swim baits and they are all over 10lbs and look like they are on steroids! I'm not sure where he lives but where ever that is the big ones must love em

Yea I've been fishin a little at night but keep getting killed by mosquitos. Today I only fished for about 20 mins before I had to take my son to the doctor and I actually saw 3 fish all atleast 3# chase my lure to the shore so that is a good sign that things will be pickin up. I use to see them everywhere and recently haven't seen anything so now that they are visible makes me think things are going to pick back up. I am gonna check out those ponds in Wold golf village you told me about on Sunday. If I get anything worth sharing I'll post em.

I would kill to have this happen to me! What kind of shark is it? I think its a bull shark they can be found in fresh and saltwater... that's pretty scary if you like to swim

People make mistakes s*it happens! Its just magnified when the people it is happening too are athletes and make millions of dollars. thats a small percentage of the total number of people in the world! Now think about how many people WORLD WIDE have been arrested since the end of the Super Bowl.... I'd bet that it is a little more than 25 lol
