Favorite Non-Braid For Spinner Baits / Swim Jigs ?
I use 10-12lb P-Line CX Premium. It's a lot more pliable than the CXX and still very strong.

SpinnerBait Fishing?
Another technique is a steady retrieve with brief pauses or jerks when you reel. This causes the blades to jump around and causes more flash in the water which mimics a shad that is wounded or struggling as it swims. Do a search on youtube for KVD using spinner baits. He is a master at them and has some great pointers.

What do you do for a living?
I work for the Missouri Gaming Commission as a regulator for the slot machines in the state. So if you ever come to Missouri and gamble at one of our casinos don't blame me if you lose.

New BC reel isn't casting very far
What rod do you have it on? Might not have a good enough action to cast it?

Which Super Glue Is Best For Plastic Worms?
I prefer the gel type since it doesn't run as bad. I've used the Loctite brand before but I will be switching to the stuff that Harbor Freight sells since you can get bulk packs for about the same as one tube of Loctite and it works just the same. http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-super-glue-gel-68349.html

Snap Swivel
I'm in the wrong business. I need to go into the snap making business. $5 for 8 small wire snaps? They probably cost a penny or two to make.

fav cheap polorized glasses
If you have a Sams membership keep an eye out there. I've seen several name brand sunglasses there on sale for $20-40 from time to time. I picked up a pair of Revo sunglasses there a couple years ago for $25, normally $99. Also I have a couple pair of Fishgillz sunglasses. They are my go to sunglasses if I go out in my kayak or go swimming since they float. From time to time they will have a buy one get one free sale which makes them about $15-20 each. They aren't super high quality but they are lightweight, they come with a soft case, and they float.

The Academy Magellan brand shirts are nice and have a good price. I also found some Gander Mountain brand ones for around $15 that I like a lot.

Strangest Color that Catchs Fish?
I always joke with my wife when my 5 year old daughter always wants to buy whatever is purple or pink when we are wandering down the fishing aisles but when we buy them my wife uses most of them and she usually catches something with them. Strangest was a Berkley Backslide in cotton candy color which is a purpley pink color with silver sparkles in it. Caught fish when everything else wasn't.

echoMAP CHIRP series
Has anyone used the computer software to use the maps on their computer? I tried to d'load the maps to my SD card and when I put it into my computer it recognized the card as coming out of my finder, and I was even able to register my finder with Garmin, but the contour maps weren't showing in the program. It was only showing the global base maps. According to what I've read it's supposed to show the contour maps and I'm supposed to be able to place waypoints on the maps and then upload them back onto the finders.

Who Uses Braid for Their Top Waters and What Test?
I guess that's a good thing about using the PP slick or the stuff I'm using the TUF-Line Supercast, both of which are coated so the hooks don't grab it as easily.

DIY Deck Straps?
I thought I got a good deal on the ones I bought off amazon. Those are the same thing and a lot cheaper on TW.

Who Uses Braid for Their Top Waters and What Test?
This is also what I currently use. When this line is done I have a spool of 40# Power Pro waiting to go on. I use it for all topwater.

First baitcaster
I had a Bionic plus on a non-micro Bionic blade and I recently replaced the reel with a Lew's Mach II because the reel developed a grinding noise. BPS told me that they don't carry that model of Bionic plus anymore so all they could do is give me credit during the Spring classic and not a full replacement. The rod is just OK. Not real sensitive so I just use it as a topwater rod now. The Carbonlite rod will definitely be a better choice than the Blade.

First baitcaster
I learned how to use a bait caster on a BPS Pro Qualifier. I think they are great starter reels. I've since converted to Lew's as I think they are smoother and cast farther than any other reel I've tried. BPS has the Carbonlite rod/PQ combo for a little over what you want to spend but that'd be a good starting combo.

Looking for advice! How would you tackle this pond?
Wacky rigged stick worm, drop shot worm, square bill, and depending on the time of year a buzz frog on the top.

Wobble head?? Shaky head??
Hang a fluke off the back of one of those and I'd bet it'd get bit. A lot.
