I fish from a kayak so i use a milk crate to hold all of my stuff. When i go out shore fishing, I use an old timbuk2 bag if i am using my conventional gear. When fly fishing i have a chest pack that holds all my stuff and then some for a day on the water.

have him get a quality thermometer and that dry, but tender, meat will be a thing of the past....and brines are your friend for any lean cuts

I don't get the whole support the smaller independent manufacturer deal. When i spend my money i want the best value i can get for the product and service etc....i don't care if it is the mom & pop shop down the street or if it is a larger corporation. In case you didn't know, most companies didn't start out as he mega corporations.....they started out small and grew their business to be where it is. All that being said, I have fished out of quite a few tracker boats and one nitro and i can say they did the job nicely and i wouldn't hesitate to buy one when the time comes.

It happens with any merger of any business. And i love how everyone is ripping bass pro but remember they were the buyer. not the seller here. If you owned a business and a big competitor said hey i am for sale and you were able to afford it and expand your own business and make more money, wouldn't you buy it too?

they don't call tandem kayaks and tandem bikes divorce makers for nothing....we sold kayaks at the outdoor store i used to work at. Every year we would have a few couples come in and order a tandem. I tried my hardest to talk them out of it and say just get 2. every single tandem we sold either the couple stopped using it or they came in and bought two singles....

i still fish. i either go trout fishing in spring fed creeks or if he water is still soft i take out the kayak. if that fails i go climbing...

most teams would be ecstatic to go 4-4 with a backup like he did last season.....look at the cowboys record with a backup this year....

Sanchez isn't a bad backup at all....

He has at least one more year.....as far as kap goes who knows....he is still under contract and kelly would be dumb to go for him unless he is released but Kap's contract is pretty team friendly.

You play to win championships at any level. There is no participation trophy in the NFL...you don't produce you don't play. Sure you can only do so much with the talent you have available but the season is not a 100% success unless you have a parade.

cowboys fan? the goal is to win it all not get close. Sure you can have a good season but ultimately it is a failure if you don't win it all.

That makes no sense....Also the eagles haven't been some powerhouse this season either so a loss to the lions, who only had one less win than the eagles isn't really that surprising. The only part of the Eagles that has been decent this year is the defense, till the last two games lol

Welcome to the board $500 seems high for a 7 year old boat in my opinion. You can buy a new boat right now like a ride 115 for around 800 or a jackson cruise for 850....as far as the accessories go I don't even think they add value to a boat. Sure it is a nice to have but you may not even want what they installed. This time of year many shops are closing out older models so you can score some pretty good deals. I am lucky enough to live near an Appomattox river company store and have gotten good deals on every kayak i have bought. They also offer reasonable shipping of $60 i think for most kayaks. I would also bet that with newer models coming out that there will be some decent used kayaks available soon. What primadonnas are on the Eagles now? he actually got rid of the worst offenders. As far as figuring out his offense i am not quite sure on that either...sure he had more success when it was new but he is still getting 23 PPG which isn't bad and that is without having some of those primadonna players that he originally had. Honestly i think that he is rebuilding because he didn't think he could get it done with those players . They had some success so it makes it hard to stomach that he is doing a rebuild getting in his players that he wants......will it work, who knows but i sure hope so.

I agree that you can definitely catch fish shallow in cold weather as i will do that at times just because i don't always feel like fishing deep. You just have to cover some water until you find them.

Took mine out of he brine last night after about a 24 hour soak and now is on the smoker.....a few hours more to go and we should be good to go.

ugh.....don't get me started on that crap. Of course we might win tonight against the celtics of our first win of the year....probably not though cause we suck, at an all time level for three years now and it is all on purpose because Tankie has a fetish for 2nd round and first round protected picks....

doesn't matter to me, never noticed a difference in tying but i also don't throw them that often.

so for me this is where i have had the most success using my electronics. I paddle around till i mark some fish and then fish for them. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but at least i know they are there. Generally speaking though i seem to find fish where there is some sort of vertical cover or structure where they can move up the water column easily. Shallow rip rap type banks have done well for me too after a period of sun as it warms the rocks up, or at least that is my theory....

funny how al this comes out after nobody on the team played worth a **** that game. They should be embarrassed not at their coach but their lack of effort. Nobody gave a crap in that game and it showed. they are covering their butts in the media. Tomorrow will tell me a lot about what is going on with this team. I am still not anti-chip like a lot of fans are. The team he had didn't win anything with reid and he didn't like what he saw so he made changes. Sure it is hard to stomach after putting up decent numbers two straight years but they couldn't win. he did make a good defense though (last week not withstanding) and i am hoping that another year in this offense with all these young players, we ca see the same type of growth. Sad thing is they still lave a very legitimate shot at winning the division.....
