A Cool Classic Release From Mann's
Looks like this lure was a flop . Going through my stuff yesterday , I found an un-opened pack . So now it's tied on and I will at least give it a few cast next time out.

Decent bluegill spinnerbait?
The last few years I have been fishing a gold main blade and copper secondary blade with sunfish colored skirts , especially around bluegill beds. Its a different combination but starting to catch on. Strike King is producing one , maybe Booyah too.

Near Deep Water
I classify all topography as structure. Good structure has a depth change . Points, humps, channels and the like. Poor structure doesnt but still bass will occupy cover on poor structure . Cover on good structure , well those are the spots .

What makes a person…
I paid 40 dollars for Piscifun Phantoms and they have been solid performers . I now have five. I probably caught over a thousand bass with the first one purchased . There is a video on Youtube where a reel technician breaks down a Revo and a Phantom and compares the two . Its interesting.

Help me understand finesse lures.
Thats because they are interchangeable. The best one can do is make an educated guess and if that doesnt work change something . I dont know when to use a ned rig over a tube so I'll pick one and see what happens.

Terminal Tackle Going Crazy
I have everything in one 3600 size box. Hooks, weights, jig heads, parasite clips, barrel swivels, bobber stops...

Near Deep Water
Those are some really good questions.

I went from power fishing to just about 100% finessee
I fish a slot limit lake and keep a limit of fish under the slot . Its good for the fishery . After a day of fishing and I dont have a limit of 11 inchers , off to the rip rap dam I go with a Ned rig, to finish my limit . The rest of the day I rarely touch a spinning rod.

Why I night fish!
I was a firefighter for almost thirty years. I could handle heat well . Slowly it took a toll on me. I cannot tolerate it anymore. Dr told me I've been overheated too many times

Texas rig plastic how to present it
A lot of good places are discovered by working a lure past the visible cover. Even if its the tiniest stick emerged .
- Does topwater scare fish?

strategy for using lures on spots you don't want to ruin
I usually go get my lure

Texas rig plastic how to present it
I work it through and pass . Theres a good chance there is more cover not visible . It seems a bass will, at times, follow the lure out and sometimes they are situated near the cover . I usually dont work it all the way to the boat but will occasionally.

Flipping a Senko 4"
5"inch Dinger is my favorite pitching lure.

How would y'all approach this?
I usually cast shallower and work downhill . Not saying that is better its just the way I always did it.

How to get bass stuck in grass...lost my PB today
You put up a good fight. Cant win them all.

How would y'all approach this?
The spots already marked. I'd toss a buoy on that green spot and fish there,

Ned Rigs Anonymous
I'm done with mushroom head and their tiny gapped hooks . A ball head with a little larger hook keeps bass pinned better and a heck of a lot less expensive.
-
Soft Plastics Only
I rely heavily on Dingers and tubes.

Finding offshore structure on a lake with no boat access
Points above water usually extend under water . Look at Google earth. Often depth changes are visible.

Fishing a big ribbon tail worm
Much of the time, yes. I didnt say I always use a heavy weight but the heaviest I can get away with . I'd much rather pitch with a 5/16th oz weight then struggle with a 1/8th oz. Deep water same thing . The heavier weights are easier to cast , sink faster and stay in contact with the bottom better .

Buying tackle that turned out to be a failure for you…
Not a Virgil Ward disciple , I see.

School me on lipless cranks
Some people bounce them off wood . I hang them in wood. My favorite way of throwing them is on points by bouncing them off the bottom . When it works , it works good . The Red Eye Shad excels at that.
