  1. Some people have more money than sense, boat manufacturers have realized where those people are.
  2. Is there a 2 min video? Made it through about 30 sec, dang sure ain't watching 19 min.
  3. Just a quick Google search and I found 21 places to stay near that lake. A lot of them are near the water and I am sure those have trailer parking and hook-ups? Are you looking for something cheap?
  4. Braid is getting damaged somehow. Check your guides with a Q-Tip.
  5. Most people try to call a 6 lber an 8. This is one of the few posts where this fish looks like it is an easy 10. Awesome catch!
  6. Pictures are very deceiving, his looks longer to me. Also, 10 oz is closer to a half a pound than a pound. I caught an 8lb 2oz fish that looks much like yours. The girth on this one was unreal. I was sure she was 9 and she barely went 8 because she just wasn't long enough.
  7. Same boat. Tomorrow will be the first day I have been able to go in almost a month. I really don't have a clue what to do.
  8. I have hit more stumps in my Triton (glass) than you could imagine. It has a few scratches but if you don't go where the fish are you might as well be skiing.
  9. Are you going with a guide? If not, I would suggest contacting one and seeing what advice they can give you. We have a member here @James Niggemeyer that would probably be willing to help out any way he can.
  10. I don't think it will matter.
  11. I didn't cut any of mine to ship. I just shipped what I had.
  12. I could drown in 3' of water and they would have a hard time finding me.
  13. Chocolate milk water. LOL
  14. Where does the 18" come in to play?
  15. I'm not sure some people realize the difference in yards and feet. I pitch my lures to targets that are about 20-25 FEET away. Pitching 20 yards is a long way. I'm not saying it can't be done, just not sure why you would want to pitch that far.
  16. I leave everything in my boat year round.
  17. You bet!
  18. I don't think I have one in the popper. Got a box full of frogs, just not that one. I think I have the walking version if you need it. I think this is nasty shad, not sure if that would help.
  19. No
  20. Are you worried about getting hung up? Texas rig it. Not worried? Jig head.
  21. I might have one, if I do, I will send it to you. I will check tomorrow. If you don't hear from me, PM me and remind me.
  22. A lot of information to dig through here, but I would go with 40 lb braid since I have zero idea of what you plan to do with it.
  23. I use the drop shot weights already posted in the thread with the round eye and a #2 split ring. I'm actually lying in a way, I take all my split rings off my jerkbaits, crankbaits, etc. and I use those. Most of which are #2 size (at least I think).
