Polarized Sunglasses!
I have used Oakley (4 pair), Costa (5 pair), Strike King (2 pair) and Berkley (1 pair). I think the frame fit is WAY more important to me than the lens color. An uncomfortable pair of sunglasses will make me miserable. Find a comfortable frame, then worry about the lens color YMMV.

Ask James?
Not really, but I guess he is busy. It doesn't take long to log in and check the forum though. But my job doesn't revolve around fishing for a living, so this is probably last on his to-do-list.

Shimano Curado K 200, Tough to dial in
There is a lot that could be going on, but that reel and line is just fine for a 3/8 oz JB. What rod are you using? Casting over head, sidearm? Are you having problems at the beginning or end of the cast?

Another W!
Most of you know I have been coaching my daughters' softball team the last few years and we have been pretty successful. We entered a Mother's Day tournament this weekend and started off really slow going 1-1 in pool play. We ended up winning our first bracket game and then dropping our second sending us to the losers bracket. Somehow these girls always find a way to dig down deep and get the job done. We won 5 straight to come through the losers bracket and defeat the team that put us in the losers bracket in the Championship game 6-1. In the grand scheme of life, 12 year old softball doesn't mean much, but the smiles on their faces tells me it means something to them and as long as they are happy, I am happy for them.

How do you shake your rod?
This x1000 You would be amazed at what a small amount of movement will do to your bait.

...now let’s talk about rods
What do you want to do with it? Throw frogs, lipless, deep cranks, light Texas rigs, jigs, etc.? Still, budget will play a role in all the suggestions you are going to get.

...now let’s talk about rods
Depends on your budget. A burger from the $1 menu will put food in your belly, but you might want a nice filet mignon. Both will get the job done, how much do you want to enjoy it relative to what you are willing to spend.
