Haha I thought this was a real thread about ADHD. I've been living with that for 31 years. So far so good. I've been out probably a dozen times in the past month, thanks to my seasonal break from work. II've done fairly well considering how many winter storms and cold fronts I've had to compete with. This is proably the first year in a long time where I've been out more than a dozen times and haven't caught a fish larger than 4 lbs. So far its been a lot of 1.5-2.5# fish. I've had decent success working a few ledges at or near some major channels both with jerkbaits, jigs, and the old ball and chain. I caught a few fish on deeper boat docks but nothing to write home about.

That's a white collar wood tick now. Got promoted. Now I have an office and a new work truck that doesn't have equipment or tools in it. Hey you know I *** you guys. I have a buddy who is a top helper for a very successful industrial electrican and he makes loads more money than I do. Just giving you a hard time.

I know you just lost your best K9 buddy, but you don't have to rush to get a new one...especially of the raider variety. I think I would rather hear the huskies than the howling of a knuckle dragging electrician.

Ramen noodles has helped me and the wife through hard times. Its not often that a couple can eat a meal for 2 for less than 40 cents. ( three packs).

Yeah the handle felt very different from what I'm use to. All of the rods I've used before have a pretty streamlined handle. Althought it was a lot meatier than I'm used to, it felt good.

Ok thanks. Im probably gonna move reels around again and if I buy two of them, ill make sure to slide a Team Lews or a Tourney Pro on to those rods. I. Was just wondering for a weight reference. I have mostly Powell rods with an old Cumara and a new DX sprinkled in. Powell doesn't make a topwster, jerk rod that I like and I like the Fenwick pricepoint alot more than buying a Champ just for that purpose. I'm pretty excited.

Thanks dude. I was leaning toward the 69mxf casting for topwaters and jerks too! I just wanted a few opinions before I pulled the trigger on it. It seems like a really well built rod for the cost. I def enjoyed handling it in the store. WW2, have you put a reel on it yet?
