  1. wow scott, that finished product is awesome!
  2. can't tell if this puddle of drool on the floor belongs to me or the dog!
  3. i don't have a 3 power dobyns (yet), actually have one heading this way! But i do have a 2 power and a 4 power and for what you listed i think the 3 power would be the ticket. i could get it done on the 4, but i'd say the 3 will be perfect for those weights + plastics. in the length of your choice...
  4. nice finds! get a Mr Cleaner Magic Eraser for the cork, will work wonders!
  5. These are the rods from their bargain room Jeff. They're marked $89 online but I've seen a lot of people posting about 2 for $100 if you call them!
  6. he's gotta figure that out man, it hurt to watch it!! he'd never be a starter with that, who could watch that for 5 or 6 innings?
  7. feliz cumpleanos abuelo!!!
  8. haha check this out @Jar11591 ... we were talking about this at the game on wednesday http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-big-league-stew/braves-pitcher-just-as-confused-as-you-about-his-wacky-delivery-231928802.html
  9. avid neo 71MHXF rage 71MF rage 610MXF all in the range you're looking for and all are $89. I've heard that if you call directly, they'll sell you 2 rage rods for $100 shipped. Can't speak to that myself, but many people have stated so on here.
  10. nice lineup man! hope stella enjoys getting pampered over at the DVT day spa!
  11. the American wife part? no joke!!!!
  12. i believe the war eagles with the trokar hook have a closed loop. also saw i think it was gerald swindle giving a little tip on something he does that i thought was interesting... he slides a split ring over the U and then ties to the U. that keeps the line from sliding up or down and keeps the wire arm from overextending/bending from a big fish. haven't tried that yet, but thought it was interesting!
  13. i'm not sure what just happened.... i think you just blew my mind! that is freakin' awesome!
  14. you're right, it's actually thou shalt not jerk swimbaits.... but seriously though, my dad doesn't know the difference in a deep crank, shallow crank, squarebill, jerkbait, anything with a lip bait.... to him, they're all plugs. and to him, all plugs get a pretty steady retrieve.
  15. edit that post man, don't let 'em find out about the netbaits!! but seriously though, the super t mac is my #1 worm from the time the water warms up until it starts to cool down.... green pumpkin, junebug or black and go to town on the fish!!
  16. you probably would need to fish from a barge to take all your combos with you!
  17. those damiki air craws also work pretty well! they look like one mean crawdad!
  18. my all time favorite golfer.... he's the man, 7 putt from 2 feet or not!

    walmart....
  20. trickworm or roboworm
  21. 1/8 oz panther martin black with yellow dots and gold blade is my ultimate "secret weapon" catches mostly everything that swims around these parts. trout, bass, crappie, catfish, bluegill and i'm sure other fish that i've caught on that lure. it's my go-to for trout, but that lure just flat out catches fish, all fish.
  22. ^^^ this guy knows about buying some fishing gear. Hahaha
  23. i believe they call that 2 birds, 1 stone my friend!
