  1. those GY single tail grubs are great! not the most durable, but man the fish seem to love them around here. that giant dog x is a fantastic topwater bait! sooooooo easy to walk the dog with it!
  2. Just had to come back here to give them some props!! Got an email from MB that they've shipped me a brand spanking new Giant Dog X in that beautiful White Python that i love so dearly! They agreed that under normal conditions it should not have cracked, let alone shear off the whole end of the bait like that. They were phenomenal in their rapid response and resolution. Seems small to many i'm sure, but it really made my week!
  3. your jigs are destined to catch them Will! Nice looking smallies!
  4. those are all very nice catches there dude!
  5. nice man, still looking for a taker on the topwater here lately!

  10. i do use chrome, cookies enabled and it doesn't keep it much longer than 48 hours, if that.
  11. i'd take a pic or screenshot sometimes when i didn't complete the order just so i could add back what i had in previously.... i also just noticed the live chat option at the top, don't think i'd ever seen a live chat option, right?
  12. hopefully it holds item in the cart longer?
  13. i actually think you'll be very happy that you did! i took my new to me dx703 and dx704 out to the pond on saturday and felt much more comfortable pitching the plastics on the 703. the 704 was great for the jigs and would be fine for heavier weighted plastics. but what you described in the OP i would say the 703 is going to really be right on for you. i'm also like you in that i like the rod a little lighter rather than being overpowered. hope you enjoy that rod when you get it!!
  14. difference between the two is actually 3... if you subtract 13 from 16 the difference is 3. Really glad i could help! but no seriously that finish on the new one looks space age, i like it! send your old one my way when you buy a '16!
  15. goose knows a thing or two about his Ambassadeurs! and welcome!
  16. Mike (DVT) does a phenomenal job on service, tuning and repairing reels. he's won me over as a customer no doubt, he's incredible with communication and level of service.
  17. 1. you can always check the "sold listings" over on e-bay and find out what recent ones have sold for just for an idea... 2. read this post and then go buy you some PVC pipe: http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/173134-why-i-hate-buying-rods-sometimes-psa/#comment-1959627
  18. this right here.... will stop the slipping and save you from putting as much braid on there which in turn saves you some dough!
  19. welcome to the "club"! those are some nice items there too!
  20. that's cool CN! i bet they were mostly used as those would have all been popular worms there!
