i buy the unpainted ones from lure parts online,paint and build them myself. they work great. i kinda wanna try the covert from booyah though.

-colorado spinnerbait in stained dirty water -squarebill -buzzbait in the mornings with a toad trailer for some reason jigs and plastics aint really keeping up.

yea fishing days with lil ones are usually short lived.

i took my daughter for the first time. she is two. she seemed to have a blast reeling the sunnies in. holding them was her favorite part?. hope she gets into it. she already has a pb bass of 3 inches.

im at a loss at blue marsh. they at the spawn funk. the bass are just cruising the bank. which usually means they just want to settle down and spawn. especially the sizable ones. i only really got the morning bite on topwater or shallow crank. got this one on a popper. ?she just sucked it under.

probly new. i just want to get one and go fishing. not have to worry about sprucing it up alot before hand. been leaning toward the tracker pro 160 with a 20hp

maybe go up to 15lb. never had an issue with invisx. never had an issue with the knot either

i was pondering the idea... of getting a boat. particularly a side console aluminum. been looking at the trackers. one of the classics xl or a 16ft sc grizzly this is only inception right now because of temporarily being out of work cuz corona virus. i would like to see if anybody has any tips on buying a new boat.

i caught 6 on a buzzbait last week, in the early morning, slick water, in the rocky shallows mid 50 degree water. it was a warm day the day before. there's no rules in bass fishing.lol

thats why i stay in the creeks?

yeah in certain areas... i got some looks from other fisherman?, but i caught 4 on it paralleling the bank , till it got too windy. as long as its a warming trend, shallow. the shad are shallow going back and forth along the rock bank. all the bass im catching are warm too. mostly 12-15" no giants yet with it.

whats been the only thing working for me lately?? waking up early and fishing the slick water with buzzbaits around cover and rocks. and shallow cranks. i also think blue marsh has been crazy pressured in a short period of time.

could of just put his spinnerbait infront of more fish...having a cast off just a little bit could mean a bass chasing or not.

great day on blue marsh. caught about nine before noon. buzz bait did most of the damage. all fish were above 14 inches i would say. 19 being the biggest.

i was looking at duluths trading company and they have some nice gear. i didnt buy any yet being out of work right now, couldnt let go of 100$. but was reading the reviews of some of the raincoats and they seem pretty good. i dont know though.

debating... tomorrow. if i should go to blue marsh or leaser lake.

i have a 744. its a great jig or texas rig rod. just cant do heavy heavy cover. stick with lay downs or lily pad type cover. maybe light flipping.
