  1. It was an awesome tournament to watch!
  2. Awesome fish!!!
  3. D&M, Siebert Outdoor's Fogy
  4. Haven't used this color before but the Lucky Craft Pointer 78/100 in MS Ghost Herring or MS Pearl Herring look very good. Can't go wrong with LC's paint jobs.
  5. Sounds like a great combo! You'll love it
  6. Lol the announcer during that is like "Lets make some noise!" and then the crowd goes silent
  7. It'll work. I actually prefer a shorter rod with a F action for topwaters (6'6"-6'10")
  8. It sucks when there are no places that sell these sunglasses around here... I may just have to hope for the best and order online...
  9. Which ones do you have?
  10. Don't have a nearby BPS, Dick's, or Cabelas, but I will say the first time I ever walked into a BPS my mind was absolutely blown.
  11. Your question is very vague. What do you want to start with? Spinning or baitcasting? What do you have so far?
  12. I haven't used the LFS but the models that came before that (SSH1) were very solid. You can find Tourney Mg's on flea bay for a discounted price.
  13. What did Rojas catch his fish on?
  14. I probably will end up buying some 580G's but are there any other suggestions out there? I mean, you only get two eyes in your entire life so you might as well get the best, right?
  15. What are some good sunglasses with glass lens that will last me quite a while? I have a smallish-medium face and I want to keep it around 100 dollars. I looked at some Costas with the 400G lenses, are these any good?
  16. Ethos rods from Academy seem very well made & they have Fujis.
  17. The weigh in will be at 3:15 PM EST
  18. School is closed and there's nothing else to do

  20. It's mine, I work a part time job but they "strongly insist" that I save it, and I guess they're right.
  21. I also suggest that you learn to cast with braided line at first. This is what I did and it was extremely easy to pick out backlashes. I used 50 lb braid when I got my first baitcaster, and it was very manageable due to it having a diameter similar to 12 lb line.
  22. It'll work fine. Check out these two links for more info http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-videos/adjust-baitcasting-baitcaster.html http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/106413-how-to-cast-a-baitcaster/ Just a fair warning, though; the bait monkey will be visiting very soon...
