I have a rubberized net and I love it. I never experienced hooks getting stuck in any mesh because i only use barbless hooks.

It could have been a bad batch, and that's on strike king, but it is also your fault for not checking the sharpness of your hooks before using them. I always carry a pocket sharpener with me, maybe you should do the same

White brake pads provide less breaking force than red ones. On my metanium, i removed all red pads and put in 2 white ones. I only ever use 2, so i removed the other 4.

I love the gamakatsu finesse heavy cover hooks, but hate the keeper. I cut it off and tied one on with 50lb mono. Its flexible enough to let the bait slip on without tearing, but stiff enough to not let it slip off.

If you are talking about the supernato, yes iv used it and i think the design is good, but application is bad. Its a double froghook on a crankbait, and the rod/line you use for those are totally different. If you use a cranking setup, you dont get the hookset power, and if you use a frog setup, it doesnt run quite as good as a crankbait imo. Also, the hookup is kinda subpar. I sold mine after a few weeks

I like brass colored hooks, as well as black ones. I hate silver. I have a few pack of mustad hooks in black and brass, both have caught numerous 30lb+ fish for me so they are good

I havnt used a rod that was unbalanced enough for me to care about in a looooong time.

ProJ carries some harder to find items but is very costly. BassCity in markham is a good choice, as well as Sail. As far as online is concerned, I order all my tackle from ebay or various japanese sites.

Ask around to see what the best adhesive is for that kind of work. Epoxy, super glue, quick cement, see what can hold it the best

sounds like your rod is not sensitive enough if you truely can't feel anything with lead.
