when i saw the changing of the guard a photographer stepped over a chain and the guard stopped and turned to her and said something. http://www.tombguard.org/FAQ.html#Is%20it%20true%20they%20cannot%20swear%20in%20public%20for%20the%20rest%20of%20their%20lives? the ceremony is awe inspiring.
