  1. I'd love to have a good map of the lake. We know there is some structure there and have heard rumors of others. I just don't want everyone else to have that info!
  2. First, I think you need to determine if the ticket is in fact B.S. or if you think its B.S. because you got a ticket. Check your regs book. Can't find anything? Walk the stretch with the alleged regulation(s) that you violated. Look for signs with rules. Don't see any signs? Take pictures all along the way. Take a witness with you. Look for ways to verify to the Court that your pictures are true and accurate. Also, there is a chance the fish cop won't even show for the hearing.
  3. Anyone have any infor on status of the water and the dam?
  4. Nice fish!
  5. Sounds like a good day.
  6. Ask him. Let him know it is entirely his call and you want to respect the spot (and your friendship). Even though its public water, I get irked when I see people on "our" spot. I'd be really irked if my buddy burned me on it.
  7. Does his rod make the sound of a light saber?
  8. Don't hate the job....hate the people.
  9. Always good to connect on the first one.
  10. Haven't been there, but I think the fishing is pretty slow right now for the area (MD/PA).
  11. Heh, Heh. Which ear was it in?
  12. ;D
  13. Looks like the title of your post may have answered your question.
  14. "So anyway, I can get a great looking Dodge, that I wouldn't trust as much, with tax, license, add ons, complete done deal, for about $21K. Or, I can probably get this Toyota Tundra, completely paid, tax + license, with everything I want, plus add-ons, for about $26K....." So do you want something that looks good or does what you need it to do...without as many problems? Not a knock on Dodge or a stamp of approval for Toyota. Just something to consider.
  15. Cruddy not to catch. Pretty cool to have something spool you.
  16. By "open" do you mean a spinning reel or an open faced baitcaster?
  17. Perhaps a person's perceived performance is impacted by their preference.
  18. All braid, all the time. Some would argue that in certain situations the fish can see the line in the water. Something to consider in clear water conditions.
  19. Anyone ever use this guy? http://www.finchasersportfishing.com/
