Out of line, inappropriate, and likely criminal. It must be delt with effectively and swiftly. If he believes he got away with one he will do it again---maybe not to you, but to another. And if he does it again it may be worse. Predators advance and progress in what they do. This probably isn't the first time he has done something inappropriate. A criminal complaint may not lead to anything, but it would be on record for future incidents. Or, this may not be the first time a complaint has been filed and your information may help move things forward. Good luck.

Is this gonna turn into another "Charlie Moore sucks because he didn't go for a BassResource.com challenge thread"? There is more out there than an internet community... I'll watch his show when I catch it and sometimes I'll catch the show on NESN. Why? Entertainment. I guess that makes me a turncoat. :-/

I didn't even know it was gone until now. Let's face it, he didn't post that much (I understand he has other things to do) and most of the questions he answered were the same.

I could be completely off here, but doesn't the price of oil per barrell fall under "futures," like pork futures? I think the reality is that gas will come back down some at some time, but I don't expect it to go back down to under $2.50. Why? Becasue we are paying for it right now. I think there a lot of factors in the works here and none of them benefit us: OPEC setting the cost (I could be wrong, but I think they see that they have us over the barrell), China buying up energy and our debts, Oil companies making a lot of money, and as I said before we are paying the price for fuel now.

If its a tournament, its usually "Fish." followed by "Get the net!" I have to say get the net because its so rare that I catch a fish in a tournament and Speedbead needs reminded since I always net his fish.

When we were up there a few years ago, we noticed a lot of dead fish. We talked to one of the fish cops and he said they were Gizzard shad. He said they were overrunning the lake. Makes for good big bass food, but they also eat the bass frye. Says that fishing has been on the decline there. He said even though its his body of water to work, he wouldn't waste his time to fish there.

I'm not too sure I would want to see it and see the decay. If it works, OK. Maybe it'd be nice if he just laid them on the ground instead of hanging them. Perhaps he puts them there because that's where they cross. No matter what, there's always two sides to the issue.

I can also confirm the info on MG. The water is back up and hopefully go up some more. Also, the wind is still howling there!

Although I am not much of a fan of GM, I have heard from reliable sources that when their stuff takes a crap on you they are pretty decent on replacing it.

When the GM opened here, it was awesome. It is no longer awesome. I have found the store to have a poor selection, be very cluttered, and they are constantly moving displays and sections. It makes it difficult to navigate and find anything. I tend to only shop there if I need a last minute item. If I plan things out, I can get same type product at a cheaper cost at Wally World (although that place has its drawbacks). I was recently informed by a co-worker that has a part time job at GM that the complany is not doing well financially. It has something to do with opening too many stores too fast and too close. The district manager was at our store the other day and did not like the shape of the store. He gave the store manager 72 hours to clean it up and fix it. The DM came back to check the progress and fired the guy. Hate to put a damper on your excitement. I was giggling like a school girl when ours opened. If I am going to spend money on that stuff now, I would rather order on-line or road trip 45 mintues to BPS.

I Tivo'd the Countdown to 83 the other night and just got time to watch it. Sounds like GSP likes to dish it out but seems to not like it when its given back to him. If Serra wins, I think that's bad for the UFC and the direction they are going. If GSP wins, he will have to go on to defend successfully for a few fights. I'm not sure who I'd like to see win. Part of me would like to see Sera win. He seems to show respect, until he thinks someone has dissed him. Then he lays it on them. I kinda like that.

I typically don't post new topics like this, but its a freaking beautiful day out and I am counting the hours to get the heck out of work and head to the water. This is gonna be a long 2 hours.

I have no idea what the money minnow is. But, with a name like the money minnow one of two things will come true: 1) It will obviously win you a lot of money. OR 2) You will spend a lot of money buying them because they will be manufactured in such a way that you will lose them at an alarming rate.

I know...he's such an elitist!
