  1. The biggest thing is making sure you can keep a limit of fish alive and well for the length of a tournament. Other than that, you should be good. Some tournaments have hp or length requirements. Check that out also.
  2. The craziest thing man... You keep adding new colors and I keep having to buy more stoways... Weird coincidence huh?
  3. Casey being on his home lake should have done motley crue home sweet home.
  4. I've got a private lake that I have exclusive permission on that I'll pull some 1-1.5 lbers out once a year. Hot grease and Andy's fish fry does the trick!
  5. Pm bluebasser86 on his Big Head Wobbler bladed jig. Much better action, colors and quality than z man. I like the Omega Alpha Shad buzz bait. Effortless to keep up and really calls them up. Black on black or black on gold.
  6. Wait for the bass resource reel give away of course!!!! (wink wink hint hint) Lol. I'm entered!
  7. My hook set depends on technique I'm fishing. Jig, t rig, shaky head etc I'm swinging for the fences... Especially if I'm deep. Moving baits are more of a sweeping motion and usually a few of them as I'm reeling them in. Top water is usually a pretty stout one too.
  8. Can't remember if it's the casey's or QT in gardner that offers ethanol free. Blue, I've always been told to stick with what it's been ran with. I'd think you could stick with 87 and some additive every other tank.
  9. Sounds like a perfect trip!
  10. Yes, rubber bottom with non slip rubber studs.
  11. I have that exact bag. Lots of room, durable and fits in tight spots. A++
  12. Looks like we could lose a few guys in that place! Food looks amazing though!
  13. In high school along with working on the farm myself and some buddies ran the "chain gang" for the middle school football games. It actually paid pretty decent (gas and fun money for the weekend). Got all the concessions we wanted, and had a front row seat on the games. As far as the "funnest" job I've had.... Hands down being a father to my 5 and 2 year old daughters. Talk about a roller coaster of laughs, cries and sighs!
  14. I go until it wont stay up on the hook anymore or until I can't skin the hook tip anymore. Usually I turn the bait a few times and even bite it down to "extend" the life of it.
  15. Tinberg will devour that one and ask for seconds!
  16. Wise move. It's like renters insurance. Stupid cheap and can save your butt in a catastrophe. I had progressive on my boat and had an extra writer to cover electronics and gear. Loved them and when I buy another boat, I will be back with them.
  17. I'm a big fan of tequila sunrise, red shad, pumpkin seed and watermelon red.
  18. That is so on my bucket list. Great fish Dwight!
  19. Exactly. I prefer jigs and beaver type plastics though.
  20. Over the dreaded B fit?
  21. Brush FO SHO!!!
