It it mounted straight on the transom or on a jack plate? If on a jack plate try raising the motor up a hole.

Fuel pump most likely. I also had something similar happen, it was a crack in the fuel filter.

I guess I don't know why you are surprised? Look at any comparison... Heck, a brand new honda 10hp mower motor is $700. More goes into a boat motor.

She isn't my flavor of music, but you are right... It's not bad, and probably HER best. My wife and daughters always like to sing a long with her music, and honestly, that's the only reason she gets any ear time in my vehicle.

I see what your saying, and I agree that I want to see a tight competition... but lets face it.... it's way more entertaining for everyone, fans and athletes to be catching big fish. A tournament won by 1 lb with a total weight of 10-12lbs isn't near as exciting to me as a tournament won by 1 lb but with a bag of 25-30lbs.

If you are just starting out you might want to look for weekly jackpot tournaments. If you get into a club you will have someone in the back of your boat and it might stress you out too much at first having that "pressure" on you. Nobody should (if they have anything between their ears) give you crap about your boat. Everyone starts somewhere and the boat doesn't catch the fish. Good luck on your search and let us know what you find/how you do!

It's kind of a mixed bag for me. On one hand I like seeing the pro's struggle and have to grind it out all day to get to the top. On the other I like it when they are in the fish and culling 5-6lb fish. It's exciting when a 8lb deficit can be overcome in one bite...

The live magic shad is an awesome bladed jig trailer. I also like putting it on a wobble jig head and fishing main lake points with it in the fall.

This is just the first time it's been brought into the light. You can't possibly think that this doesn't happen all the time. Right or wrong... Not my choice, but he was within the rules so it is what it is. Anybody would use any advantage they could that was legal to up themselves in competition.
