I agree with Avid that most of us do not know soccer nearly as well as our traditional sports that we were raised with. Although I am not a soccer fan due to lack of exposure to the game I do not dislike it either. I just think we enjoy what we know best. Like it or not folks it is the most popular sport worldwide

Went to a fishing show here in Nashville tonight and Delo's had a booth there. I met Brent Delo and some of his staff, they are really nice, enthusiastic and helpful folks. I let him know that we appreciated his support at BR and bought a few things. He carries the Carrot Sticks and I got to handle them....they are really light, I was impressed. He also carries Dobyns rods. I will be doing some business with these folks.

The pro qualifier baitcaster was upgraded last year.....I have a couple and think its a very nice reel at the price point....It would be a good deal on sale for anyone in that price range.

Add'l costs to consider.... Slip / Dock rental Utility hookups and cost at the dock Trash / Sewage removal Boat / Engine maintenence Licensing Cost Insurance Cost Shorter loan period and higher interest rates depreciation on a boat as opposed to appreciation in real estate....will be a big factor when reselling I've never owned a houseboat but these are some thoughts that I'm sure would be more expensive than a condo. Point is do alot of research before you dump $100,000 in a boat
