Cute pic Will. Great to see kids starting early at enjoying fishing.

Job Ending?
Just remember Mike, the same attributes that kept you employed all these years at your current job are the same qualities a different company could use. Good luck finding your new job and hope you enjoy it.

Raystown Lake, PA
Any quick change in temp like the one we are gonna experience later this week will give some bass a case of lock jaw. At least until they adjust to the lower water temps. You might want to try fishing finesse styles and finding areas where the water temp does not change as much. But I'm predicting tough fishing this weekend and that is a bummer cause I was hoping to get out Saturday or Sunday.

Kinda proud!
"May today's success be the beginning of tomorrow's achievements." Congratulations Mike.

Nobody loves our sport as much as tackle shops.
Beats work...that's all I know.

Get your geek on
Cool. I don't have the patience for such intricate projects. Bravo to you.

Ike's live in the Classic Bracket
I gotta say, if you were watching the bracket today, Seth Feider's comment on how far he would go in a lake for a bass was so funny. Poor Dave Mercer, he didn't know what to say. Reminded me of Ralph Kramden's humina, humina, humina.

The Road To The Super Bowl 2018
There are 10 teams that are win-less so far. Only 9 are playing this weekend (SF already lost thurs.). Carolina is playing the 'Aints, my Steelers are going against the post-Cutler Bears, Eagles face everybody Ben McAdoo is mad at (Giants), the Chargers haven't been tossed out of LA yet but this week KC is gonna try to give California a good reason to, the 'Fins go against the Jets who couldn't convince Romo to get hurt again, the bungles..I mean Bengals go against Green Bay, and Colts and Browns are playing each other and both are win-less so somebody has to get they win, don't they? Big question is who will emerge with the first win of the season? I'm going with the Bengals. Not sure why. Maybe I just feel sorry for them.

50 lb Power Pro Spectra braid and split rings, not just for fishing anymore!
In the days when my pants kept shrinking, I used braid to sew buttons back on. All of them have held so far.

Woohoo! Got my PB Smallie a half hour ago.
Kudos on the PB

What compels people...
Same reason my local grocery store has more automated checkout lines than checkout lines with people. It costs money to employ people.

Most consecutive days?
Black lake was great. We fished it in late September and the smallies were fat and fighting. The first fish I hooked into had to be in the 4-5 pound range unfortunately I didn't get him to the boat. He jumped twice and threw the hook. Not only were the fish big but there was a lot of them. Not just smallies but largemouths as well. Wish I could go back every year. If you get a chance to go, go.

Most consecutive days?
Mostly I fish on the weekends but during spring and fall I get out more. Most consecutive days would be 10. 7 on a fishing trip to Black Lake, NY and 3 days directly after that because it was fall and the smallies on the river were biting big time.

Raystown Lake, PA
No problem and don't forget to take lots of pics and post them.

Raystown Lake, PA
Haven't fished Raystown in a while but here is some general advice. Keep in mind that the weather has been unseasonably warm. Highs in the low 80's. In the mornings I'd look for coves for smallmouths. Later I'd move out to main lake points that are close to deep water. By noon I'd be looking for lilypads and heavy weeds for largemouth. Later in the day I'd reverse the pattern. Back to points near deep water then back to coves. Just my opinion. Good luck.

Where the hell are the fish! ?
What?.... Nobody owns any dynamite? Shees..kids these days. Back when I was a yungun, if those bass didn't hit a purple colored worm we just blew'em up. If that didn't work then we tried a whopper plopper.

Fantasy Fishing
How are they running the Bracket Shootout? Are both anglers in the same boat?

Hiking?
I love to hike but my right ankle doesn't. Its a shame I can't just leave it at home. Went out yesterday just for a long walk on a flat trail. I'm feeling it today. Hobbling like a 90 yr old man.

What compels people...
Dang...hadn't heard that name in a dog's age. I gotta say he was one of the better "should have been a backup" QB's the steelers had. BTW anybody know what garbage can Neil O'Donnell is sleeping under these days?

GGG VS Alverez
Trying to sell the rematch. That is, unfortunately, all that boxing has no-a-days. Its a shame.

You weren't the only one...by the way, what do you say the person in last place is forced to remind Indiana Finesse what his password is?
