Need some finesse jig recommendations please
I'm new to jigs but I have been using these with a bit of success so far this spring using a big bite baits yomama as a trailer https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/search-tackle.html?start=0&count=30&searchtext=Finesse+luke

O rings for wacky rigs
I use 6mm VMC crossover rings for my 5 inch senkos
-
Line choice for weightless pastics
All my bass spinning rods are setup with 10 or 12 lb Sunline Xplasma Asegsi on them with a sunline sniper leader of 7-12 lb depending what I'm fishing in open water, rock, or around a lay down etc. All rods are 6'10" - 7'3" with 3000 or 3500 series reels on them MF or MXF actions.

Ned rig head recommendations
Just picked up using the ned rig this year but I've been using the Outkast Tackle Josh Douglas perfect ned head with no issues so far. Been leaving the bait/head together after fishing them also.

Shout out to Omnia Fishing
They are my #1 shop got the premium membership on my first order and it has really paid itself off with all the tackle I've bought since last June from them. Only bad thing has been how slow FedEx has taken to deliver my orders from them lol.

“Strategy” for the year?
My strategy was to incorporate Senkos, Ned rigs, and jigs into my arsenal for this year. Been doing really good fishing Senkos on a Neko rig and gotten a few fish on a Ned rig each trip as well so I got some confidence in them now. Finally got my jig setup put together so will be giving jigs a try this coming Monday and Tuesday hopefully.

ML Spinning rod recommendations?
I have a Conquest 842S and it is a do all rod in my arsenal but I dedicate it to Ned and Neko rigs. I have thrown underspins, shaky heads, and light Texas rigs with it as well. If the IMX 842S taper is remotely close to the Conquest it will serve you well for many techniques. Are you going to send the BassX in for warranty? Can get a decent rod from St. Croix if you choose to upgrade I upgraded my broken Victory to a Legend Elite few weeks ago.

Colored line for panfish
My mom fished with 8# high vis yellow sufix mono last weekend we fished didn't stop the shellcrackers from biting.

What Line Do You Use With Senko's?
Mostly fishing 4 inch Senkos on a Neko rig for spotted bass as of late running 10 pound Sunline Xplasma Asegai to a 7 pound Sunline Sniper leader
-
Braided line - which ones stand out?
Sunline Asegai is my braid of choice like SX1 also but the Asegai just performs better, casts smoother, and better color.

Is my Spinning Combo decent?
I went from the very same ugly stik elites I fished for 6 years to Loomis/St. Croix rods last year trust me you will feel a huge difference in sensitivity. I also weighed those ugly stick elites and I was surprised I have been fishing with such heavy gear all these years it weighs almost twice what my Loomis rod weighs.

VMC Crossover Rings
My DSG doesn't even selling fishing gear anymore lol

VMC Crossover Rings
Wacky and Neko rigging is something I'm new to but have been having real good success with so far and have been using the crossover rings. They will save the Senkos and allow you to get a few fish off each if you use the right size ring. I would suggest one size smaller than what is recommended ie 5 inch senko gets 6mm ring and the 4 inch gets 5mm ring. My first outing the fish snatched the first few Senkos right out the ring lol but once I downsized I've had no issues with that. All fish were hooked in top lip I think of about 10 bass I caught Neko rigging last Saturday only one worm came off during the fight had a largemouth that kept jumping and I saw when the worm was thrown. Another thing try to get the hook size you want right before you put it in the crossover ring hole because its hard to get the barb back through without tearing the ring. I've ordered nearly all mine so far in clear but do have a few in green pumpkin also. Yup where I buy most my gear from now great shop

Rod/reel in person or online?
I upgraded all my rods/reels last year and there are no shops around me that sell mid and high end gear to go get my hands on. As a result I had to buy all the items online. I did lots of research prior on forums like bassresource and others but can admit 2 of the rods I didn't like. It was a easy return process that only costed me $7 on each return but I know if I had gotten to hold them in hand it would have saved me the hassle of returning them.

What colors catch YOU?
I think I got some game hawgs in it but never got around to using it when I reach for my game hawgs it usually a blue craw??
-
New spinning rod suggestions
St croix legend elite 7ft MF can be gotten for less than $400 with promo codes and is a great rod. Also Hookup tackle is giving you $100 gift card now if you buy one I bought mine last year with that promotion.

NRX+ 894 or 893 JWR?
Looked at the NRX+ MBR models namely the 843 or 844 they may serve you well otherwise probably 873 or 894
-
Pline CXX
I prefer the CX Premium as said CXX is very coily even with KVD line and lure I didn't like it.
-
New to fishing soft plastics
Can't go wrong with a Texas rigged worm, craw, creature etc that's the way I got started fishing plastics. This year I been working on Neko and Ned rigs both have produced but man that Neko rig has really been killing it for me last few trips.
-
What colors catch YOU?
The blue craw color from strike king every strike king soft plastic I have I make sure to have some in that color just love it
-
Loomis 852s for skipping Senkos?
Agreed I have both rods and strongly considering selling the 852S to get another Conquest 842S I just enjoy fishing that rod so much.
-
Your shaky head setup...
Currently using NRX+ 872S and Pflueger Patriarch XT 35 reel with Sunline Asegai 12# braid to a sunline sniper 8# leader.

Shimano Exsence C3000MHG
I just bought one and it was delivered Friday so I haven't fished it yet but it's the smoothest reel I've ever handled personally. I love the blacked out look and the drag feels really good and can really be dialed in how you want in small increments. I have it on a used Conquest 842S I picked up a few months ago that I plan to use for neko, ned, and maybe small finesse swimbaits.

How many rod brands do you use?
5 St. Croix, 2 Loomis, 1 Shimano, 1 Abu, and several Ugly Sticks laying around. Fly rods I'm more brand loyal all mine are Thomas and Thomas except for my first rod which is a TFO.

New finesse worms
Same for me except I replace the bold bluegill with black grape mostly fish all on a megastrike shaky head
