  3. Not everything that a bites a Ned rig is a bass!!
  4. I have always turned my TM to off and speed control to 0, never had a problem. However on my outboard, I have a switch that I turn off when charging.
  5. I thought I needed a ML but it did not work out for me. I ended up with 3 medium power rods. i can throw 1/16oz Ned heads farther than I really need to with 10# braid and 7# leader. Like most said, it is up to you really.
  6. Never heard of that, I wouldn't worry about it.
  7. I fish a reservoir that has a lot of rip rap. The weightless Senko is one of the few lures that I can can use without getting hung up. BTW, I don't necessary fish them slow. The fish in my avatar was caught on a weightless Senko.
  8. Cranks- Bandit 100, 200, 300. This will take you from 1 foot to 12 feet in Tenn. Shad, Baby Bass, Chart. Crawfish. Jerks- Smithwick Rogue in silver, gold Frogs- Spro in black, white Throw in some spinnerbaits in chart./white and some Senkos in Junebug and Green pumpkin and you are good to go.

It was. He once said, it don't matter what color you throw, as long as it is blue.
  10. Using 16# Sunline Sniper FC on my shallow water cranks and 12# Sniper on my deep cranks. I use 14# Sunline Natural on both jerkbaits and topwater.
  11. I throw my chatterbaits (Jackhammer) on a Falcon 6'6" Lowrider using 16# Sunline Sniper, works for me.
  12. I say, if you like wearing it, wear it. If it protects from the sun or it is just comfortable, wear it. Personally I would not but I don't even like the pros looking like a bill board or NASCAR diver but I do get it. In the end it don't really matter.
  13. I believe that's what I would have done.

This thread must have been hiding because the first time to see it also. Very cool!!
  15. Chunk them in the 3700 and hope for the best. I have got really good at shaking them to get them untangled.
  16. Caught this one this morning on a weightless Senko.
  17. Found Jade's Jigs a little while back. Work great. https://jadesjigs.com/
  18. What you are looking for is a RAM mount. I think they make different heights. This is the one on my boat.
  19. If you are going to just use one 12 volt battery, you will probably be limited to 55# thrust. I would suggest the Minn Kota Edge. It is your basic trolling motor but a good one. I have used one for 4 years with no trouble at all.
  20. Thanks for the ride!! love your videos!!
  21. Got this rod, it is a killer for dock fishing. My buddy told me that rod is too short, I told him that it is 3 inches longer than I use to throw back in the 70's/80's, thought I did OK with that length then.
  22. Have to agree, all my spinning reels are Pflueger.
  23. Falcon makes the BuCoo SR in 6'6" in both a M and MH. Not a bad rod for $100.
  24. Like my wife said, you can look all you want just don't buy. I say go for it!!!
  25. Those look great. Did the same with all my cork handles last year.
