I have the 6'8" MH XF version. They are great rods. Very light and sensitive. I like XF actions for bottom bouncing baits so I would think that rod would be great for tubes.

wow, what a saturday already! the end of the Virginia Tech game was crazy! I still think Tyrod is awful but man did he get lucky there at the end. Nebraska deserved to win. Florida-Tennessee was a lot closer than I thought it was going to be. USC got upset by Washington?!?! Utah got beat (thank god, I hate it when non-BCS teams go undefeated) Maryland got upset by Mid-Tennessee AGAIN! And now we have BYU vs. FSU now and Texas Tech vs. Texas tonight. phew!

Dan I do not think so. I have talked with my grandfather at length about this type of stuff. If you look at the reporting, they do not catch that many but when they do, it hits the papers 6 minutes after the cuffs are on. Geraldo is on their parents doorstep 35 minutes later and we heard about it for the next 40 days every 25 minutes. In the old days they just did not report it past maybe the local level. The teacher would be sacked, go to jail, and the entire nation did not hear about it. In the old days, it was easier to become a teacher. There were not phsyc evals, electronic criminal records, adn the strict educational requirements we have today. That being said teaching is a field that will always attract those types (which IMO are a very small minority), it puts them in close contact with kids on a daily basis. The only hope we have is that they will be quickly caught and harshly punished. yeah, you're probably right.

I'll bet there are also more pedophiles as teachers now than in the 50's too. I wonder how they were brought up? Must have been something screwy before the 00' also.

I have Costa Del Mar Fathoms. I got the CR39 lenses but I would have got the 580 glass lenses if I had the money. I also have a pair of Quattro Zions with gray lenses for when I'm driving or any other activity that doesn't require me looking into water.
