  1. I dunno, I like the daily pics. Keep em coming burley.
  2. I like them a lot. They have good action and I've caught loads of fish with them by swimming them over and through weeds. I favor the Ayu color.
  3. I thought the Silver Thread "Excalibur" line was very similar to YZ ultra soft.
  4. geez, dave. In that one pic the fish looks like it is glowing!
  5. Lacrosse? I always wondered: Does ****** bag practice precede or follow lacrosse practice? I'm just asking because I know they go hand in hand but I never knew how a typical lacrosse day went. Honestly, I think it could be fun. I'm just razzing you because you dissed baseball and in my high school a lot of the baseball players were caught up in the new trend of lacrosse and it left the baseball program hurting for athletes.
  6. ahh, thank you!
  7. Anyone tried out the injection molded versions of the lunker punkers? Anyone know how much they weigh (the 6" and 8")? I had heard they were lighter than the wood versions so I was hoping I might be able to throw them on a rod that I already own.
  8. Thank you for your service. You should know it is genuinely appreciated. Good luck, stay safe. We will pray for you and your family.
  9. Guys, this congresswomen is trying to address what is probably the most pressing issue of our time and you don't even care...
  10. SWEET! That thing looks great! I wonder why major manufacturers haven't realized the potential market for all black rods. Shimano has the Cumara and Daiwa has the Zillion but other than that, there aren't too many options as far as "murdered out" rods go.
  11. They had them in stock up until very recently. I'll bet they cleared out their stock to get ready for the new rods. I would call them up and ask if that is the case, or you could just wait and see.
  12. What's entertaining about an obnoxious New Englander who catches dinks all day?
  13. The Mojo might very well be a great deal but the Avid is a great deal as well. It is a very nice rod for the price and offers unarguably better performance than the Mojos.
  14. I have the Kistler Magnesium All Day Flipping and Pitching Stick (MgADFPSH78T). It is a great rod. It is also great for frogs and small swimbaits.
  15. were they Excalibur or Xcalibur baits? These: Or these?
  16. There are lakes that have "landlocked stripers" so it is possible to have stripers in lakes. The broken stripes are the only way that I know to tell the difference but then again I only have slightly more than zero experience with stripers.
  17. If you get a Mojo to use as a shaky rod, you will definitely be able to feel the differences between them. I think the Avid would be a better choice for a technique where sensitivity is critical like shaky heads.

Right, he was created by "Project X" like Wolverine, Sabretooth, and others. Apparently the new movie is going to have a lot of storyline about Project X and the characters it created. Nope, Wolverine had nothing to do with the Super Soldier program. Saw the trailer for the Wolverine origin piece, can't say I was very impressed. You're right, I was thinking that Capt. America was part of Weapon X.
  19. dagnabit! I wish I could make it. That sounds really interesting.
  20. Yeah, I was gonna say...I thought they merged a while ago. The recent news I had heard was that they were in trouble and about to go bankrupt... http://www.nytimes.com/2009/02/11/technology/companies/11radio.html
  21. Think again! Mason wins 53-46 for the Group A State Championship. Sorry for grave digging but I just wanted to make sure 1instripes and Burley saw the results.

Depends on her hair cut at the time. And her level of angst.
