  1. I agree that water temps have an affect on bass feeding habits, however I also think that shorter daylight hours help trigger the increase in feeding. My favorite baits this time of year are, shallow crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and suspending jerkbaits. Falcon
  2. I don't have an answer to your qestion, however I don't need to see anybody promote the Rapala line of baits. I just know that over the course of a season, a large portion of the fish I catch are caught on Rapala baits. Falcon
  3. As with frogtog, my luckiesy day was Feb. 16,1967 the day I met my wife. We'll be celebrating our 39th anniversary on Nov. 8th. Without her I don't know where I'd be today. Falcon

  13. It's a very informative show. I've seen them all at least twice. It's on every Monday morning at 10:00 just before Bill Dance. Can't wait to see next seasons episodes. Falcon

  16. My wife. After 39 years of marriage she is still my best friend. Falcon
  17. The record smallie in Michigan is 9-4. I would think that Erie has the best chance of producing the next state record. As far as the next world record, I think roadwarrior lives in the best state for that. Falcon
  18. Thanks to both of you. What a great post!!! Falcon
  19. After so many years of success with the Shad Raps and The original Rapala minnow, I couldn't wait to try the new Minnow Rap. I have a perch and bleeding olive flash which have produced nothing. I will continue to try them, but it's getting boring especially with the same casting problems as jwo 1124. Falcon
  20. Good luck Avid. I hope your recovery time is short, and as pain free as possible. Falcon
  21. I'm an early morning person, so that's when I do most of my fishing. I must say, I do have very good luck when I fish evenings. Mid day is not very productive for me. Falcon

Welcome to the best fishing site on the net. As Deb stated, this site can be addictive. Falcon
  23. The difference between the Revo S and SC is the SC has mag breaks and it is high speed reel. Two features you don't get on a standard "S" model. And it has a nice red finish and not the grey. What a great reel, especially for the money. Falcon
  24. Welcome to the site. Check the "Fishing Flea Market" on this site, there are a couple Revo SX's for sale. Falcon
  25. Happy Birthday!! I didn't see any rod holders or a place to put your tackle box. LOL Enjoy your bike, and please take Deb's advice. Falcon
