  1. Just be careful when unhooking. Look at the situation and evaluate which hooks would be easiest to get out first. Patience is a virtue when it comes to this -WM

  15. Yeh i agree fish, I always bring the camera on the boat with me at all times. My dad swares it "jinxes" the fish and sometimes when we dont bring the camera we have better days lol. But its just a joke really. As far as a scale i need to perchase one soon. Christmas is coming around the corner so maybe ill just wait for that. Anyway good post and good point. Keep catchen them pigs. -WM
  16. This often confuses me at times. Around here in South Jersey we have small 100 acre lakes, most have a max depth of around like 10-15 feet. If you say theese bass head for deep cover, than where can they be found? Not EVERY fish in the lake is going to be in that one little tiny hole of 10-15 feet range. So where do theese fish go? are they suspending in 6 feet of water or what? most of the time the mean depth is like 4-5 feet. Please respond, thanks -WM
  17. Wheres Fish Chris? LOL : :
  18. Morning of overcast RIGHTBEFORE a slight drizzle.
  19. Hey, i also have a hole like this about 4 minutes from my house. This pond is really small, i can hit one side of it from a cast of my rod standing on the other side. me and my buddy went there 1 day in the summer and caught some nice 3-4 pounders and some dinks. We tried it a couple times after that though and we didnt even get a strike. I think small ponds like this, the bass get finicky once caught, it never gets fished its private, but hell i dont care LOL. Ill only stop fishing there if the guy comes out with a shotgun sometime. bass fisherman....why do you think the bass had lockjaw?...we used the same technique and everyhting, like 3 days later .stable conditions..
  20. Yes they have large rigs like that for saltwater. But the purpose of this rig is to have anymany lures as possible as close as possible to eachother, to imitate a school of baitfish, thus triggering bass feeding habbits. Hopfully it will work, and if it does i'll have my camera! Hpw are you going to troll in that canoe?
  21. matt why dont you just get a commercial fishing net and run it across the lake ffs. lol
  22. Exactly my point, why if you are on the boat ALONE why not just cast 1 spinnerbait, catch a fish, than cast again, catch another fish and repeat. Dont try to overdue it.
  23. I think it would definately work but i also think its highly unnecessary. The only advantage i see to this theory is trying to catch more than one fish at a time. Even if the fish did hit all 3 spinnerbaits, you would have 3 fish on one line! they would get entangled and maybe break eachother off, if they were anything over 2lbs it would be very hard to lip them all at once right? The idea of 4 people throwing 4 spinnerbaits is kind of neat though, but the idea with the 3 way swivel is just ludacris LOL. But hey you have nothing to loose right? so why not give it a try. -WM
